This place keeps raising its prices. They are not helpful when it comes to their renters and not at all understanding. You can definitely find a better facility. Only good thing about it is location

Don’t be fooled by this place and their glowing 4.9 review rating. I’ll start by saying to not expect your items to be safe and secure. I’ve found in the last year that almost every time I went to my storage unit the main front gate was wide open and anyone could go in and out as they pleased. Secondly, I had thousands of dollars in tools stolen out of my unit and KO doesn’t accept ANY liability for anything and they make sure of this by having you insure your shed. I also wouldn’t recommend this place to any military personnel as it appears to be a buffet for whoever the theft is. Their cameras only go back a month so when you return from deployment you’ll find your valuables gone and them not having a shot in the dark at finding who stole your stuff.Update: Emily, whoever manages the property reached out and told my wife you had some activity at my unit and described the vehicle after she called and explained our situation. The vehicle described was mine when my wife was there clearing the unit to save our belongings from someone taking the rest of our valuables. That was your findings. I question how seriously you take security when the front gate is 98% of the time wide open. I’m positive I’m not the first person this has happened to.
