“Hostess was friendly and greeted us on our arrival. The room clean and bed comfortable. All amenities worked with only issue encountered was tv needed to have guide reset and downloaded due to a communication outage. Breakfast was hot with a very good selection and area was well maintained and clean.”

“Room was nice sound proofing was really good, wasn't ever really able to hear anyone else. Door handle on bathroom was broken. Didn't bother me. I remember something else was broken too. Nice and modern rooms decent price! Good location too.Nearby activities: Not many, Watertown mall and theatre is close by car.Safety: My car might have been broken into??? Asked them to check cams, Nothing was seen. No damage or anything though so.... Take that as you will.”
“We found this hotel to be 65% the price of neighboring hotels in Watertown, but found nothing wrong with it. Clean, convenient parking/check-in, well-deigned room, excellent bathroom with the cutest bar soap we'd ever seen. Minor issues were the bed sagged a bit and noise from the neighboring room seemed a bit clearer than normal.
Rooms: the well-designed roomy rooms had convenient outlets, thermostat (unfortunately we didn't discover this until after trying to adjust the under-window unit to no avail our first two days!). It is off the interstate with not-pretty neighboring properties and slightly dreary hallways and noisy elevator--maybe that's why the price is so good--but the facade and lobby are renovated, the people at the desk are bright and responsive, so it has the feel of a good hotel.”

“Hotel is super clean, staff was very nice and friendly. It's located in a vet convenient place with lots of shopping surrounded and was also convenient to tourist towns like Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Would definitely stay here again.”
