Everytime I've gone here, the civilan workers are so rude for no reason. First time at the drive thru, the man there was so rude and condescending. Next time I went, I go inside to avoid the drive thru man and the lady in window 5 was so rude about something so simple that I wasn't even talking to her about! The lady in window 4 was helping me. Cuts into the conversation to be rude and as i'm walking away she keeps going. I don't get why civilians who work on base are so mean to service members. I should have stayed getting my things at conner but wanted to try guthrie since it's closer to my house.

This pharmacy is terrible! At this point they have decided to not answer phones. Speaking to a pharmacist is impossible. Other bases put Guthrie to shame. I can’t imagine having small kids that need medicine and having to come to their drive through… and wait! And then find out it has to be ordered… come back tomorrow. Because no one will answer the phones… Terrible!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!!! They are always either closing early without warning or closed without warning. They have been nothing but trouble when it comes to trying to acquire my daughters medicine. Do better Guthrie!!

They were closed for a week due to a snow storm. I have been out of medicine for three days and they say it is going to take two more days to refill it meanwhile I am having terrible withdrawal symptoms from not having been able to take my medicine in days.

I like Guthrie simply because management does everything within their power to make your visit/experience as flawless as possible. The drive-thru system did it for me, you get there, called in, and 1,2,3, you're out of there back to your regular daily routine. I did not give them five stars because as a new Soldier coming in, the transfer of of prescriptions and be a little difficult at times, based on the installation you are coming from. Besides that, great job to the friendly staff and management for a wonderful experience.

No one ever answers the phone. Called both numbers listed on the signs outside and it just rings. I'd rather go to Walmart and pay, absolutely ridiculous.

The pharmacy is wonderful. They filled two of my scripts early so I would have enough to get through May. The pickup at Guthrie was extremely well organized with someone there with instructions and everything well marked. There was a little wait but safer than sitting in the waiting area. But the highest praise goes to everyone who dealt with us. EVERYONE OF THEM WAS PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS AND BEST OF ALL THEY SMILED AND SAID THANK YOU. For that I say thank you.
