Thank you Paul for all of your hard work and support in helping my fiancé and I buy our first home. As a first time home buyer, Paul was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know. He would always be just a call away if we had any questions. Paul is fantastic!! We are definitely going to be giving him a call if we decide to buy again in the future.

Andrea Brown was fantastic helping us sell our family home. She and her team were responsive and helpful every step of the way. Andrea absolutely knows the local market. This was particularly important, because we live out of state and needed to work with a realtor who we could trust and rely on to make this work smoothly. Our house sold quickly, and we are thrilled with the sale price. I highly recommend Andrea Brown.

0 stars if I could. Camille Link sold our house in 2022. Didn't listen to anything we said. If you want a real estate agent who is going to listen to your needs and wants, she is not the one for you! Spite being in the business for years she has very little knowledge about the moving process and how even her office could help. I would never recommend her to ANYONE!

We had a truly nightmarish experiences selling with Howard Hanna. 0 client advocacy and communication. After emailing the manager directly specifying our experience, we never heard back. Truly a disappointment and unprofessional.

ZERO STARS! Look below and you will see a review by the very realtor that my review is regarding. Obviously he needs to give himself a 5 star review because no one else will. He is a real piece of unethical work! My family hired him as OURrealtor and he built the deal and price around a buyer (also using him) who got a great price out of Keith then flipped the house and then used Keith to resell. Hmmm great profit for you Keith. Isn't that right? Everyone made out huge on this property except the client that hired you and your office for their best interest. There is a place for swindlers like you. I don't recommend this agent or office if this is the typical unethical way they do business. Unfortunate, but I guess it was only unfortunate for my family and not the realtors pockets.

Sold my property after a few problems with offers and paperwork. initial possible selling price quoted by Realtor was way too low, we insisted that the property should be listed higher and we ended up getting a higher price than listed. Realtor was not proactive and certainly not grateful for the Commission. We would not recommend them.

Camille Link with Howard Hanna Endwell was absolutely wonderful. We started our search for a home very seriously in the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and Camille could not have been better. Everyone was experiencing new territory and new ways of doing things and it went well, I believe, because she is a great realtor that knows her business. I highly recommend Camille. I'm writing this on the back deck of our new home thanks to her!!!

Absolutely terrible ... We purchase properties occasionally , with this particular realter my wife and myself for 3 weeks call and emailed the company as well as the particular realter . After 3 weeks of no return calls or emails the miserable secretary ,today after I called and w attitude stated the property is sold in an ice cold tone then precedded to hang up . I highly suggest to use another realter office as of today thankfully we are dealing with a much more professional non miserable company . My family frequently purchases buildings properties around Johnson City binghamoyon area , will make sure all know what transpired with this company .

I was looking to rent one of their properties. After emails and phone calls not returned by the agent, the agent that finally helped me was condescending, rude and arrogant. I would caution anyone on renting from them as if you are a possible tenant and they would treat you this poorly imagine if after you were renting and you had a real need for help. Beware!

Keith Arnold has really stepped up and made our move to the Binghamton area a breeze. His energy and experience made the difference in making our new home in Vestal a reality. We have used Realtors in the past to sell and buy in the Syracuse area, we were thrilled with the approach Keith took in our search. If I could give Realty USA 0 stars I would. They were not honest about the home we bought and now we have to pay for the mold damage and sewage back up in our basement. Not only does their company not take care of its customers, the mortgage company is horrible. Realty USA wants us to pay to get an attorney and said the damage is now our responsibility because we bought the house. I now have health problems due to the mold.
