Very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a friendlier experience. We were able to pick out our wedding bands with ease and quickly. There was no pressure on sale and actually help keep the price manageable.

Came into Conti for the first time with my mom for a permanent jewelry appointment. We were helped by Beth who was wonderful! She showed us our choices and was clear with the pricing, which I appreciated. Everyone in the store was just lovely. It was such a wonderful experience and our bracelets are beautiful! I’m so glad we came to Conti, the customer service and jewelry were both amazing! Thanks again!

Jon is such a great and accommodating person. He even though he had another engagement stayed so we could pick up our order. It came at the perfect time for Mother's Day and we were able to pick it up on our way to special date night Thank you for having a such a great person to work with

Overall the jewelry is beautiful and i really do love the forever bracelet I chose, however, it was not clear how much the bracelet actually costed. In very small print it said the bracelet was $30 but i did not see that it was $30 per inch which ultimately could be my fault, and I am not looking to get anyone in trouble. I would just recommend that in the future it's made very clear how much this jewelry actually costs. We are out $218 and didn't realize it until we got home. I want to reiterate that the women that helped me were very sweet, and I had a good experience. I appreciate that this bracelet is of good quality, but the only real complaint I have is that the price was not clear. Thank you!
