Very knowledgeable. I had a clunking noise going on for almost two years and Mavis fixed everything but the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car after I took him for a ride around the block. Not expensive either. I don't see myself going anywhere else to get my cars fixed anymore. Thank you, Richard!

I've been going there for almost 40 years. I've failed inspections at Goodyear and Monro and I didn't believe them. Brought it to Dick and he laughed about the fake problem claims. I trust this guy with all my cars and my kids cars. I'm pretty handy with cars and when I'm in a Jam .... he knows exactly what to do and it's always a reasonable price. He even checks out used cars I consider buying. He noticed one BMW I was considering was a salvage car and I did not buy it. He's patient and very knowledgeable. He spends quality time explaining the fix and when the fix takes more time than normal ... he never charges me more. You WILL NOT find a better place to service your cars than Union Auto.
