Amazing customer service!! My vehicle broke down on the way to process my new car from them. Kris dropped what she was doing and came and picked me up so I didn't have to walk. Kept me updated throughout the process of my loan. Everyone there was super friendly . First time getting a car from a dealership, and I'd definitely get another car in the future from them!!!

I bought a Honda CRV 2 months ago and so far everything is going great. Gave me more for my trade, than any other dealer and that made it possible to get the CRV. Thanks Tanks, I will buy my next car here.

Only giving 1 star because it is required, they deserve none, they deserve to be out of business. They are everything wrong about the used car business. If you want to get a broken down piece of junk that wii cost you more than you paid for it then this is the place for you. Any positive reviews are from friends and family.

Awesome as usual. I have bought many cars from Derekand his team, and they go above and beyond every time. I am usually in no hurry when it comes to vehicles, but last Friday my transmission went on the way home from work on my current Liberty, and he got me into another one by Monday night so not to interrupt my wife's schedule by using the van all week. Even knowing I'm a 25 yr mechanic he still replaced a couple simple things that would have passed inspection, but he felt better to just replace them. I appreciate the time they put in for the customer's.

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Messaged the guy on facebook marketplace about a 2004 pathfinder. I said my father was on his way down and they said they “sold it” after my dad already got there when at the end of the day they didn’t due to some issue with the buyers insurance. Derek asked me if my dad stopped by and I said yes it was a wasted trip and he proceeded to tell me it didn’t work out with the previous buyer. Said he’d hold it for me till 3:30 the next day and he’d touch base with me the next morning. I had to be the one to reach out the next day. Guy said he was sick and sent me his sisters number. His sister Kris told me “it’s first come first serve I talked to Derek 2 minutes ago I don’t know what to tell you” even after I explained to her that DEREK told me he’d hold it. Apparently he couldn’t inform his sister that the car was on hold. So Kris told me someone’s test driving it but she’d call me back in 10 minutes. Mind you I was about to head over within the next half hour cause we live 45 minutes away. I’m waiting and waiting. No text or call to update me on what’s going on. Kris isn’t answering her phone so I text Derek just to see what’s going on cause I don’t wanna waste a SECOND trip up there. He told me “holy crap calm down she’ll call you”. Not sure in what business that telling a person to calm down is okay but the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. After waiting a half hour we decide to drive down. An HOUR LATER I finally get a call from Kris telling us they sold it. She’s the most disrespectful person I’ve ever talked to. She acts like she only cares about the money. Doesn’t give a damn about what the customer thinks. Clearly neither does Derek after telling me to calm down and basically refused to hear our complaints. He’s getting defensive over his sister however in a business if a customer is treated bad by an employee it’s the owners responsibility to make things right instead of telling us we’re in the wrong regardless of whether or not that employee is family.If he had just kept his employers aware of the situation and had told them to hold the car then perhaps I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Absolutely inconsiderate people would not recommend and judging by his responses to a lot of these bad reviews, he only cares about himself basically trying to find any reason as to why the CUSTOMER is wrong cause apparently they can’t see the flaws in their system/employees. Jokes on them cause there’s a MUCH better dealer down there that I bought a 2012 GMC Yukon Denali xl from. Don’t waste your time with these people. There’s other dealerships with much better customer service. I can’t wait to see what excuse they’ll respond with. Probably going to tell me it was a misunderstanding or that he was sick or that I’m in the wrong somehow. Either way I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there.

Tanks auto sales is my go to place. Derrick never fails me. Found a gorgeous saturn aura the miles were amazing and the price too. Had a small glitch and as always he took it back in and got it fixed for me. My whole family buys from Tanks. Have never been disappointed.

Tanks is you stop for car needs. Car was clean, running great and great tires. So Tanks was amazing and life saver. After COVID-19 don't go pay $12,000 for piece of junk.

Derek went above and beyond. I needed a good winter vehicle but was on a budget after finishing my masters. I only recently started my career and can rest assured I have a solid winter vehicle. Thank you for working with my father to make everything happen while I was extremely busy at work!Give me another 6 months - 1 year and I will be back the second you have something that peaks my interest! This 1st gen escape rocks, and I love the solidness of the older vehicles.
