Always friendly, direct, and professional. The guys at Mc Clains are very knowledgeable about their inventory and they have a great selection. I’ve been buying from them for the last two months. They beat the competition by actually being open when all the other gun stores are closed.

Used to be OK. They have since been sold and now the already marked up prices have been increased beyond reason. Look elsewhere for firearms and ammunition.

Bought a rifle from them for 500$ and it immediately had huge problems main spring for firing pin worn out light or no primer strike now the bolt will not close on a empty or full case this is after 5 shots on the 5th shot the bolt stayed partially open after it fired gas came out cutting up my face .Update on the situation my money has been refunded and then some as an apology for the experience and the gun de activated I hoped they would do the right thing and they did. Obviously the selection isn’t the biggest and the prices aren’t the best but let’s be real, all small businesses are kinda struggling rn w all the shortages a price inflation. Aside from that, this place is pretty chill, the associates are helpful, whether you know your gun stuff or not, they’ll always help u find the right ammo or gun you’d want. The ammo prices aren’t bad for the .22 stuff and no complaints. Love the flags they have and truly feels like a free country when you walk in there. I like the place and will be back again!!

Price gouging!!!!! I paid 750 for a hand gun that all other shops are selling for 495… yes it is my fault for not shopping around first. CHECK OTHER SHOPS before you make your purchase.

We made our first stop here today. My husband went in to look around and ask about certain products. The younger guy at the counter was very nice and helpful , but unfortunately the older man was completely rude to my husband when he wasn’t even the one being talked to. Because of this reason we probably won’t be returning. If he was that rude with a simple question then we can only imagine if we had a problem with a purchased product. Customer service is important and there are other places that are family owned where we can take our money. Hopefully others have better experience.
