They've very clean and low miles cars. They can do finance for low credit high credit score don't matter. Talk Mr. Mark he will do something for you.

I have never been to Mark's Auto. I had a question, and when I called, they were very courteous. Many people have spoken very highly of this business in Endicott. I can see why.

I purchased a vehicle here in Oct 2022 for approx $12k. During my 30 day/1000 mile warranty time, we experienced exhaust issues which were fixed by the seller. Due to me living out of town a number of miles were put on the car going back and forth, which was frustrating. Three days outside my month warranty window, my struts required repairing which was very pricey. Next month, brakes and rotters on front and rear needed repairing. Not long after that my fuel pressure sensor needed replaced. And then due to electrical issues, I had to take it to a dealer to have work done including fuel lines replaced. Next, I noticed paint flecks peeling off the hood. Not for sure how much having that fixed will cost me. All in all, I’ve already spent around $+5k in a vehicle that I was under the impression was reliable and I’ve not even had it three-four months of ownership. Had I known this vehicle needed so much work, I would have looked at a different vehicle.

I had been looking for a newer SUV for my wife, I found a couple here on their website. I was a little hesitant about buying from a small dealer : I had been shafted by others before: . I called and made the appointment went and looked. I was impressed! Rick Waterman started the car . As we did a walk around he was pointing out all the little scratches and dings that I didn’t even see , Also notice that although the cars were clean they didn’t mask them up with a bunch of clear coat and under coating. The prices a very competitive and what they gave me for trade in was very reasonable . I did buy that car , after getting home with it I noticed one of the AC lines was leaking I took the car back they had repaired in a day. I can not say enough about Marks Auto Sales , Rick , and the Guys in the shop ThankYou ! I’ll be back.

Great experience overall!!! Bought an suv for my wife for a great price, Rick and mark both great guys that took care of all my needs and had me driving off the lot by the end of the week. Highly recommended if ur looking for great service and a nice ride!
