I bought a car in March of 2024 and was told it was looked over and everything was good to go and that was not the case. Currently it is April of 2024 and I’ve already had to put all new spark plugs all new coil packs and had to get a new head gasket valve cover because there was never one on it, also had to get a new fuel injector for fuel injector #2. Wasn’t even over 3,000 miles and had to get an oil change when I was told it had a fresh oil change, now I have to have the rear bottom motor mount fixed.

You cant beat the service. Buying a car at Just In Time is like visiting family. The staff(Chuck and Lacey) and the owner (Justin) are so friendly, helpful and welcoming you feel good and get to leave with a new car. This is the second time Ive bought a car there and will go back for my next one.

Just in time is the best place to get friendly service. I have gotten 3 vehicles from Justin. When I need another car I will be returning to just in time to get my 4th vehicle, because they are fast friendly service and great prices. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Justin is a great guy and my first experience buying a car was not too bad. When I got my current car with him he worked very fast and the process was painless and quick. He gave me a very good car seeing as it was my first time having a car and he didn't want me to worry about having major problems.I have made multiple payments on time or before and I have never given him any problems. My credit is horrible so I was thankful when it was a quick process. At the time of my signing and for a while after Justin was a buy here pay here. He is not buy here pay here any longer. I really wanted to get a newer car with Justin but he has not been dedicated to me at all and it makes me feel undervalued as a customer. I will not be taking my business to him for my next purchase. I'm giving a five star because I feel like he has tried to do his best, but lately I feel as though I've been pushed under the rug which is not fair to me. I've had other dealerships find quick offers for my car and also for my credit and work with me. He just didn't put it as a priority so I'm very disappointed.
