Can’t answer the phone to save their life. The service department is horrible. Bmw of Rochester is much superior. They put in a garbage battery in my bmw. They don’t know what they are doing. This ain’t a real BMW dealer.

My experience started with an old BMW and Gault really took care of us and even offered us a ride even though we didn't get the car from them. Fast forward to buying a new BMW (and kept the old one) and the sales staff was great. Cadillac was never this good to us!

This has by far been the best car buying experience I've been a part of. Stephen and Kas made everything super easy and found me great rates and payment options for everything. Complementary oil changes along with the purchase is a plus. If your looking for a used to new vehicle Gault is the way to go. I'm extremely happy with the car. Thanks again!

We bought our first BMW in late May. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We worked with Bogey. He answered our questions and provided us with information so that we could make decisions. He did this in a friendly way with no pressure. When the day came to pick up our car they spent nearly 2 hours getting things set up and explaining details to us. Without hesitation I will recommend Bogey and Gault Auto Sport team to anyone interested in a BMW!

A meager 1m on the ground in the US, and a highlight was working with Stephen at Gault BMW! I wasn't sure what I wanted - even if I wanted BMW. Gratefully, Stephen didn't try to sell me a car. He LISTENED to me, and then let the right vehicle find me. “BMW sells itself” is a charming – but true adage! Having an expert there to walk me through it, I found EXACTLY what I wanted, in a no-pressure, comfortable environment. Every concern and question answered. Horrible Service Crew. I went there for a check engine light 4 months ago and have spent 6k+ to still not have my issue rectified. I feel that they're robbing me at this point and not even trying to fix my issue. They're actually making it worse every time I bring it in. I am the second owner of the car and have taken care of the car the entire time it's been in my possession. I even had a mechanic who performed extensive work over the 10yrs I had my car under them. I paid more in 4 months with these guys than the 10yrs I did with my previous mechanic. So in short, I have left my car with them a total of 5x , 3-5 days being serviced each visit equating to a month being without my car. At this point I'm going to a different mechanic since I still have my check engine light and am out 6k. I will be escalating this issue to higher officials since this whole ordeal was unethical and concerning due to the manner in which business was performed.
TO ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL AND VETERANS, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS...NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

This isn't an authentic BMW dealership. If I could give them a zero I would. They took all day to change one tire. Would not run a simple check engine light during that time. Opened the hardware (nuts and bolts for a tire) and left the packaging in the car like trash. They didn't clean the car (something that any OTHER dealership automatically does). I may as well have gone to Maavis. Lastly, they could not find my tire plan, said that I needed to figure out the company that sold it to BMW and provide it to them. So I needed to call my dealership (WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE because they are paid to do this) to locate who sold me the car 3 years ago to figure out the semantics of the tire plan after waiting all day in the lobby for one tire to be changed. The audacity of the female manager (heavy set) to say you should have purchased a tire plan through BMW, as if I didn't sit there handing thousands of dollars over to a luxury car dealer. Backwoods and out of touch. Turned me off completely and I won't be renewing my lease. Mercedes has much better service as a corporation.
