“I recently purchased a vintage Parasound DAC from Audio Classics that turned out to have a problem with audio dropouts. I contacted Steve Rowell and explained the issue + mentioned that I'm also a music producer and audio engineer in my spare time , i.e. I know the issue was real and not my imagination. Steve and Audio Classics graciously offered to replace the DAC with the same model they luckily had on hand, so I shipped the problem unit back and within a few days I had the replacement.It's obvious to me that this is a renowned company that takes hifi equipment and their audiophile customers very seriously, and I only wish I lived within driving distance of them - although that might create some problems for my wallet!After this experience this is the first company I will look to when I'm ready for my next upgrade. “This review is for the Verizon store located at Oakdale Commons on Harry L Drive, Johnson City, NY. We have 4 cell phones on our Verizon plan. On multiple occasions when ever we had issues, we would call Verizon's 800 #. Every phone call has been met with extremely LONG calls and MISINFORMATION. Each time, we ended up needing to go into a Verizon store. Of all the locations in our area, we have found the best support at the Verizon store at the Oakdale Commons. The store manager, KAISY O., has been the most informative AND the most helpful multiple times. More recently, on 6/30/25, and after multiple lengthy phone calls with Hazel (Verizon 800), we called Kaisy. She was so helpful. We ended up needing to go into the store for a replacement, and between KAISY and DERRICK, we walked out with 2 new iPhones. Thank you both so very much!!!”
