Through the years, we have been with other veterinarian practices for our 7 year old Golden Doodle. Dr. B is the first Veterinarian to proactively develop a plan for our dog's digestive issues. Dr. B is thorough, caring, and experienced.

Dr. B and her staff at Dickin Memorial are simply the best. I’d spent a lot of money at another vet with no diagnosis and an ongoing sick dog. Dr. B is knowledgeable and calculated in her approach. The staff is friendly and gentle. I can’t say enough about Dr. B! Thank you! 10 stars!!!

Today I got the scariest call as my boy was being groomed inside of Dickin. Thank goodness he was there. The groomer immediately knew something was wrong and grabbed the staff from Dickin who jumped into action. I’m so grateful to everyone that was there. They saved my Charlie.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B. and her staff. I first started going to DMAH with my previous senior rescue and they took good care of him. Dr. B was so compassionate and patient with him because he was terrified of the vet and of being picked up and appeared aggressive due to fear. They also have provided excellent care to our last diabetic and blind rescue, too. Both have since passed and we take our current rescue dog there still for regular check-ups. Dr. B and her staff truly care about you and your animal and try to make such a difficult and unpleasant experience, like putting them to rest, as easy and comforting as can possibly be. DMAH also provides hospital services like x-rays, bloodwork, surgeries. I absolutely love Dr. B, Dr. Z, and all the assistants, vet techs, and office staff, and can't put into any more words how great they are. Best animal hospital in the area!! They are truly there for the care and not just for $ like some vet offices are.

if i could give 0 i would i took my animal she was losing weight she did not have fleas u damn liars,u said u had to kill her cause she had a bad heart,i couldn't afford to put my baby down n didnt want to all they did was give me meds that they got 4 free,said here this will save her heart she has a bad heart she died 3 days later they want 400 for a xray i have brain injury n was stressed n hurt from moving they some how found my address got a bill so i started making payments i had gotten ripped off by spectrum n they hounded me to pay them i had to pay them n not the vet nov was the only month n i got stalked by this evil crazy vet i found out its them that been stalking me online n even turned my hot water off cause they know the landlord so u torment a disabled person for 327 dollars for my dead cat ,smh u will get the 327 when i can pay 4 it u people r being sued so u will be oweing me more than 327 lol u crazy jerks

I adopted my 2 cats from Dickin and they are also the vet for my guys. I feel they get excellent care at Dickin, I've had no problem making appointments and find all the staff pleasant

Are others having a hard time getting their pets seen? My daughter had to take her cat to Cornell for an emergency visit. She is an established at Dickin for all 3 of her pets and recently had her cats there for check ups. When she called to make a follow up appointment to get cat seen the receptionist said the soonest appt was 3 weeks out!! So if your animal is sick they make you wait 3 weeks?? I take my cats there but now I’m very concerned that if one needs care they won’t be able to be seen. I find this unacceptable.

Yeah i wouldnt recommend this vet for emergency.they just have a vet refferal thats a hr away no call back for 2days and just no emergincy care at all
