After over 20 years of getting prescriptions for myself and my family here, I finally made the switch to a different pharmacy. The inconsistency and rudeness we’ve experienced over the past several years made it unbearable. I only wish I had switched sooner.

Went for a flu and shingles shot was greeted by Dr. Melissa McKnight, who also gave me my shots. Nicole checked me out when I purchased some cards. Melissa, Nicole and Rory said thank you and wished me Happy Holidays. Great visit again, that's why this is my favorite CVS store.

Scheduled a COVID test on site and was all ready to go. But then I showed up and was told they do not provide that service at all and don’t know how to get the scheduling off there site . Was told I had to reschedule in Binghamton and that I was shit out of luck. So for people in need or need or any results to show your employer this is not the place to schedule at. Sad at 2024 we still have to deal with mis management. Robinson road in Binghamton is the place you need to schedule. Hope this helps the next persons in line…..

Can you please get your pharmacy people some help . I've been there several times with them short handed and they still have an amazing additude thats why the 5 stars your other local cvs pharmacy's are.either rude or just send you all over broome.county to get there meds.needed each month . Please help these amazing employees!!!!

This pharmacy is going downhill badly. The drivethru is hardly ever open, you can never reach them by phone, have the time the auto refill disappears, other times I get way more refills than I need, the phone system is horrid, u have to yell to get someone at yhe register in front. Thinking of switching all together. Disgusted!

Often short staffed, and the texts I receive from them aren't always accurate. Kinda frustrating to go to pick up my prescription and told to wait another hour 3 times in a row after the text I got said my medicine was ready.

CVS needs to start treating their employees better, or paying them more fairly, whatever it takes to keep people in the pharmacy. Being short staffed in the main store is one thing, but people need their medications in a timely manner and closing the pharmacy several hours early multiple days in a row is nothing short of dangerous for the people that rely on this location to get their medications. More than once now I’ve had to experience awful withdrawal symptoms from a medication I need to take every day and have been for several years, because this pharmacy doesn’t keep stable hours and it’s impossible to manage planning to stop here along with work and other life things when there are no steady hours. I can’t imagine how overworked and under appreciated these people have to be to end up leaving such an important resource for the community inaccessible to so many people. I can only be glad that I have transportation to get to another CVS that will fill my prescriptions.

First time on the phone waiting 20 minutes then they disconnect me. 2 ND time on the phone waiting 15minutes same thing and 3rd time on the phone still on hold 10 minutes - I hung up because I don't have time to waste. And I know there was people back in pharmacy working because I called front end and they told me there was plenty of people on in pharmacy.

Today I am rating them low because of a guy making deliveries to this store. I was parked next to a handicap spot and a delivery van parke so close to our car you could not even get between the vehicles if you were a stick figure. My wife said thats to close and the delivery guy said maybe you should have parked it. No appolagy nothing but rude.The van had damage on right rear and its no wonder.I hope cvs management sees this and takes action. He is not good for their bussiness.

This is a well stocked CVS with a great pharmacy. I was traveling and grabbed the wrong prescription before leaving home base. This CVS pharmacy was able to transfer my prescription from a completely different pharmacy that was far away to this local CVS pharmacy. This is definitely one of the better CVS's I've had the pleasure of visiting.
