I went there some yrs back for an emergency with a cat. Fierst thing besides filling in the paperwork wanted my banks address and account no! Then charged an utrageous price and went; like a fool back there with another younger ordinary cat for a spay and declaw. Quoted me $500. plus! What???? I embarassed thm in the waiting rm and they went down 100 dollars. left the cat there 2 days and they told me they almost lost her due to meds to put her out for surgery! Meds used have been around for years and mine was DSH cat! I said I would sue them if she had passed and would never ever go there again;Save your $$ Go to the Humane et her - impossible!

My dog cut her high Sunday night called Monday morning and they could not see me without taking my dog away from me and then they wanted to raise me extra charge considering it was emergency even though it was during regular hours they said I could come in at three and not pay the extra fee but I had a surgery appointment they would not accommodate me in one chair if my dog bled out so much for caring for animals in this place avoid do you do not care for your pet
