Rude and inattentive staff! Was told over the phone scheduled appointments were preferred bc its been very busy when i show up not a soul is there … and i was told my appointment had to be rescheduled

The branch manager denied me to open an account because the closed in 20mins really how is she still employed????????? Lawsuit filed this has to stop. This is our money they are managing when they can’t even manage their job responsibilities.

No employee to any bank should deny services to any one for any reason I feel it was the way I looked that I was denied to open an account in addition to unwilling lazy bank representatives it really humiliated me to be treated that way.
