“I loved my experience with Ever After! From day 1 of following them on social media I knew that this was a place I wanted to look for my wedding dress. My friend also got her dress there and told me it was a great experience! After making my appointment with them, they kept the communication up with me leading up to my appointment. This included the initial call, a survey about my style preferences, me being able to send them inspo photos, and a final call before my appointment to confirm what I was looking for. Having all this made me feel like they were taking an individualized approach to my needs, I felt prepared for the appointment, and less overwhelmed when I walked into the store. I specifically worked with Taylor and she was awesome!! It was also nice to be able to bring guests with me. I felt confident, body positive, and excited to try things on. “I am very happy with how my gown and accessories were displayed in the preservation chest. I am a little confused by some instructions about gloves and resealing squares when (after reading some reviews) I didn't think I was supposed to open the box. I want to look at the condition, but don't want to void the guarantee. Also not loving the company correcting my form saying I sent in "straps" instead of "gloves." I think I would know what I wore the day of my wedding and they are fingerless tulle gloves. Other than that very happy and the whole process was faster than expected.”

“Absolutely loved my experience here! Bridal is by appointment but for good reason, as the bridal suite was private for me and my guest with no interruptions - not to mention the bridal consultant was super sweet and listened to my requests and what I was looking for! The formal gowns downstairs are absolutely stunning too! I have recommended all the teen in my family to visit them for prom and other events because WOW! So pretty!Seems like many rude reviews on here are entitled people with little respect for others or small businesses. Unfortunately happy customers tend to not think about leaving reviews so I really wanted to highlight how great this business is! Highly recommend for any occasion you need a beautiful dress.”
