I bought the Toyota sienna 2014 from Mike on July 2024 ….after a few weeks later , Im starting to have problems with engine and after that transmission … I went back to him and explain it but he said there was no warranty for me… He didn’t tell me from the beginning that I have no warranty at all…so if you guys gonna buy from Mike , please make sure where there warranty is cover or not from the beginning….

Mike went above and beyond to get me in the car that I really wanted!! He also stayed late to get my car ready to drive home that day since I lived an hr away from Binghamton! LOVE LOVE LOVE my Toyota Venza!!!

Great car buying experience. Mike is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to talk with us about all aspects of all the vehicles we were looking into. They seem to go through every vehicle throughly and make sure they are the best quality possible before a sale. Not the typical experience on large lots of pushy salesman or selling “extras” they seem to really listen to the customers needs and find the right vehicle, for the best value. Would definitely work with the team at auto smart Binghamton again in the future.
