Worst 7-Eleven Ever! They sell batteries here that doesn’t even work. I came in to buy them 10-15 mins ago and they wont take the return. These 7-Eleven employees don’t hand out receipts or ask if the customers want receipts. How are we supposed to get our money back for some useless stuff that doesn’t work? Come on GET BETTER AT YOUR JOB!

This 7-Eleven is getting a horrible review for the horrible people who work behind the counter . I asked why a small cup of coffee and 2 glazed donuts cost $5.00 The miserable attendant growled And said why do you ask in a belligerent way. I said you're taking my money and talking to me like that ??? She said if you don't like it don't come here . I Hate to be treated unkindly . Do unto others is my motto . Watch out for ungodly people

I think everybody has a expectation for what happens when they go into a 711 store you go in get your stuff and if you ask for a bag and you leave with a bag when I went into this store I got my stuff I asked for a bag and the gentleman said there were no bags I asked if their was any bags around he said nope sorry u have to carry it out he also said if I want a bag go to another 711 I pointed out to the gentleman there are bags right behind you on the counter and he said he still couldn't see it I pointed to the bags he said oh those bags with the nastiest attitude he proceeded to get the bag and he threw it at me and told me to bag my things myself now I don't mind bagging my own things but throwing the bag at a customer is disrespectful to begin with so that's how I felt in this store when he said that to me and after I said isn't that your job to do this he started to taunt me and said ohhh little baby can't bag his things making fun of me and degrading me I proceeded to tell him instead of talking on the phone when I was waiting on line he should of assisted me instead of being on his phone at work I also wanted to point out that none of the fridge doors or coffee counters were wiped down and during a pandemic when it depends on some people's safety to possibly save their lives from COVID 19 he decided not to keep his customers safe and I wouldn't recommend taking business here if the employees disrespect customers like this and I will definitely reach out to The 711 corporate district manager about this because this guy should not be employed in customer service at all if he treats the customers like this I will definitely write a email to 711 corporate about this if I can leave 0 stars I would !

The 2 guys that I always see working in this store are terrible. They have this attitude like you're bothering them and when you go to pay for something it's like they don't say anything so you don't know how much you owe and if they are saying something, between the stupid plexiglass barrier and the mask they wear you can't hear them. They need to SPEAK UP and if they don't like their job should QUIT.
