The people here are great, very helpful and patient. I'm a new employee and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to join the company. Trucking is a new job for me after 20 years in construction so I needed a lot of help figuring out how everything works and everyone here has been really great. It's made the transition very smooth.

Worst delivery company they canceled 3 times the appointments the same day of the pickups and then they never answered my phone calls they only talk to their costumer with automatic text messages because they know their service is ?

If you want a company that simply does not care about their customers, this is it!!They never called to book the appointment. Then they never sent the truck to deliver when I took off from work twice!!!When I cancelled their service, they had the nerve to call one week later and ask if I was home for the delivery!!!!!Out of their minds and absolutely horrible!!!!

I preferred a generator from Ace Hardware. XPO Logistics was supposed to deliver. After rescheduling four different five hour time slots they tell me today they can’t “find the freight.” They try to give the contact information of a claims department. Thanks for stealing a my time and money.

I am not sure why any reputable company like Ace Hardware would use this delivery service as a third party carrier. After failing to deliver our bbq on two different occasions, they told us that it was lost and would take weeks to track and deliver. We canceled the order, disputed the charges to our credit card company and ordered a new bbq. XPO logistics then had the audacity to tell Ace Hardware Store that they had delivered our BBQ. This despite requiring a signature to deliver, which they certainly never got since it was never delivered. This company is amateur hour, and every interaction with them during this two-month ordeal has been unprofessional. Steer clear of this company if you care about your packages or customers.

Horrible company to work for ! Corporate Greed micro manage EVERYTHING ceo brad Jacob is only about #s ! if you need to talk to HR you have to say union or there never around .Looks appealing bc of decent hourly pay but medical insurance is so bad you need to deduct $10hr. Seniority is just a tractor . Cameras in cab . Good work is rewarded with more work . Very high stress for just making deliveries/pick ups . Most employees get trapped working there . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work at this company .

My husband works here. He been employed at XPO Logistics for 6 years. He loves it. As for me it is a very good paying job. My husband duties are, making sure that the trucks are loaded with no broken boxes or products. This company transfers goods to different store and other businesses. The items that is loaded on the trucks is from different businesses like warehouse. We love this place. They are well organized. If I had a large quantities of things to transfer, I would consider this company.
