We leased our first unit at Westy Self Storage in Elmsford, NY many years ago. The customer service has always been impeccable, matching the cleanliness, the organization, the competitive prices and and the easy location. Over the years we have changed unit sizes as needed and Westy has always accommodated our needs for more or less space.
The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Great place to store anything. I had one of the smaller lockers but I could fit so much stuff. The building, lobby, hallways, elevators and locker were very clean. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. I also liked that they had an area to drop off toys during the Christmas season.

We were serviced by Arlene Hickey and her staff. They were very friendly and answered all our conserns and questions about first time renting. The units are clean, brite and the air is conditioned.
I will use Westy Self Storage the next time I need storage.

We used Westys for 3 years. The staff is very helpful and answered all of our questions whenever they came up. The pricing is good and the storage space was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a storage unit.

We leased our first unit at this location 8 years ago. We now have 3 units. With numerous competitors in the area, we stick with Westy's primarily because of the outstanding quality of service we have consistently received from the staff. Arlene and Vijay always greet us with a broad smile, answer every question immediately, have solutions for every problem, and make us feel at home. The facility is immaculate, has a clean fragrance, and is comfortably temperature controlled

Have been using Westy as our storage facility for now over 3 years. The property is well maintained, climate controlled, and extremely clean. Units are exceptional. Staff super professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
