5-stars for Natalie who works the front desk at Westy Annex and has been nothing but super helpful when I needed to clear out my storage. She went above and beyond in staying open a little late, and providing very useful help & advice along the way. Facility is very clean and well-managed.

Clean and tidy, but hours should be extneded. People who are working fojd it difficult to get there during the week.
