I initially had a bad review posted and after the team called me and genuinely helped resolve the issue I am beyond impressed. I received a call and within one hour, Lee or Lui, Janet and Sofi (I hope I have their names correct) went beyond to locate my package and I will now not miss my flight.. I am beyond grateful

UPS is the worst they came to my house. I buzzed them in supposed to leave the package in the mail room and he decides to leave And then tell me he’ll be back tomorrow when it did not need signature authorization. Try to call them and schedule all this to maybe seven different UPS people and they all just lost.

Tried to get help recalling a package that I had accidentally stuck a duplicate label on. Not sure why duplicate labels will be accepted; got berated and told "well it's your fault so you can sort it out with the people in Georgia (UPS headquarters)?"
Person at the counter has NO business working customer service.

UPS has no concern whatsoever for its customers. I have been waiting for a package that was initially scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday April 2nd. At the end of the day I received a message saying sorry they missed me. I was LITERALLY home all day and NO ONE came to my door. On Tuesday at the end of the day I received a new message asking to verify the delivery address. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the delivery address. On Wednesday the message read they needed access to the building. Door is kept open during this time due to a construction project. I tried to contact customer service which is virtually impossible and was finally asked to enter my number and someone would call me back in 12 minutes. I am still waiting for that call 3 days later. They are a total and complete disgrace. The worst experience ever. It is now 4 days after my initial scheduled delivery and I have no package and have not been able to resolve this issue. What a mess!!!

I've had such a terrible experience with UPS.So I sent my package and it shipped. And someone wasn't there to pick it up. And after they attempted to deliver it. I got a notification saying that the package is damaged and that was on november 20, 2023. I don't know how they could have damaged it when it was packed properly and in the description it says glass door. And no matter how much I call to find out what was damaged in details they wouldn't tell me. And they wrote a letter basically saying that It's my fault and they will not be reimbursing me. And they Are just going around around In circles are not telling me what I want to know and finally today on the 30th of December it was delivered with both sides of the Door shattered.

Lazy driver thought he was slick noting my package as “attempted delivery,” when he was nowhere near my building. He was waiting down the block drinking water while I saw from my window — he didn’t step one foot out of the truck and drove off. I have a heavy dockage that requires a signature so these drivers think they can be slick by routing the work until the next day! Today was the only day I could accept this package and I’m in a wheelchair!Somebody get in contact with me from the sorting facility to call the driver!

I do t have access to a printer. Neither does UPS store. But the gentleman was beyond helpful, manually taking care of the mailing for me, which was above and beyond his duties. I really appreciate it him taking the time to do it, and his attitude was excellent.

If I could give no star I would. ALSO, If I could choose who my sender ships with, I would NEVER choose UPS. Every single other parcel delivers to my house or I can easily pick up from their office. Every time it’s with UPS I have to continuously run around, back and forth and then the package goes missing…
