“I liked the ease of renting truck, ease of paying, the professionalism of the U-Haul Office in Yonkers and the ease of returning the truck back to the site. This is in addition to the affordability of renting the truck.
I would like to see this location keep more Hand Trucks/Utility Dollies as they often run out but besides this, this is a very good location.”

“Great service, great location, easy to drive to, the app makes it easy to book and extend the time of rental, great staff, they are eager to help customers, many vehicles to choose form, great prices, and supplies, able to rent storage . All new vehicles with low mileages. Able to drop off vehicle after hours.”
“Well, just using this travelling a total of 10 miles round-trip for a small van, the cost was over $65.
Other than that, I initially was given the wrong van in the lot, so had to re-video the next van and, there was a considerable wait to get the new key.”

“We’ve used several Uhaul storage facilities over the years and this was by far the best. We borrowed several vans and used the storage. The vans were in good shape and ready when we needed them. The storage was even better. So clean and the temperature was always good. The bathroom for customers is clean too. The people who work there are diligent. I enjoyed them.”

“Great customer service! I had originally reserved a 12’ truck, but the service rep called me shortly after to notify me that my requested size truck was not available. He worked with me to find a truck that fit my needs and communicated well in advance of my move in case I needed to make other arrangements. The truck was ready for pickup and nice and clean.
