I would give 0 Stars if I could. They do not have inventory, and have to hunt for the products that their customers are searching for. I ordered a squeegee, and got the two day shipping, but it took 5 days to get processed, so I tried to cancel, was assured that the order would be cancelled,then 15 minutes after I spoke with someone, I received an email stating that it could not be cancelled 8 hours and 7 minutes later I got another email stating it was shipped. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY!!!

I had a great experience with Toolfetch. Had a tough time finding a specific tool that I needed for a project but their customer service rep was quick to help me find the exact tool I was looking for. Placed my order and got my tool a few days after ordering.

Do not order from this company! They said they had a tool in stock that i wanted. They charged my credit card and said they won't be able to ship till Spring '25. Very slow to inform me. Canceled my order and they never refunded my credit. I had to go through my bank and file a fraud claim. Terrible headache

Do not shop here Purchased a 2 engravers from Toolfetch the picture on the website was of the engraver with case hose and three stylist there was no mention of this was for just the engraving pen only. Received just the pens called customer service and was told manufacture will not take back. This is Toolfetches fault for faults advertising get me don't let them get you buy elsewhere!!!!! I should of looked at there reviews 3.1

Sold me (14) 3" landscape grates. They do not fit as advertised or look like small online picture. They only fit 1/4-1/3rd of the way into the drains and sit 1.25" high. This will destroy lawn mowers and injure workers. Then they had the nerve to expect me to pay a restocking fee and shipping both ways... leaving me with 47 cents from my purchase price of $51.64. They are total crooks, and do not take responsibility for mis-advertising their products. They should send me a return label and refund me fully or send me what was advertised... 3" grates... not 3 step grates that you need to cut up your drain system for to lower them 1.25" into the soil and then glue them in... because they fall out.

Spent almost $4,000 on a threader. All of my order has not arrived. Its almost been 2 months since purchase. I cannot use the machine until this part comes in. Talked to customer service multiple times. No resolution. Never again! Beware!!!!!

Ordered a Reelcraft reel that showed a single hose on their website. The one I received had 2 hoses. So I was charged over $700.00 to return my 1438.00 purchase. 20% restocking fee and another 300 plus for shipping, HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY!!!!!

I purchased a tool from Toolfetch and it did not arrive even close to specified date. I wanted to return tool because I did not care for the design. Tool has never been used and still has original packaging. I have never had a company make me jump through so many hoops to return a product. I will never use this company again.

Placed an order on February 8th, order arrived on February 10th!!! Was very pleased with the quick service. Called customer service for assistance before placing order and was very happy with the service. She took my info, looked into it and got right back to me with the information I needed.

I was stunned by the services provided by the employees at Tool Fetch. I ordered a table saw (e716) and the delivery was taking longer than usual. I called up, and Dean provided me with assurance that my saw was en route to my house, he provided excellent customer service and sent me information about my delivery status. It came the next day! I will proudly suggest and stand for Tool Fetch for any tool you may need to Fetch.

I ordered some fibre disc on their website showing 100 count per package .I thought it was too good to be true for the price.I ended up calling them to confirm price and quantity. spoke to sales rep on the 800 number. He did tell me that was correct. I did order two packages.I did receive two packages but in quantity of 25 not 100. called them just be transferred to the vender which they never answered straight to voice mail. AVOID BUYING FROM HERE.
