In an age of disposable everything, this store is an awesome holdout of quality products with a solid, friendly repair service. It's good to know there's a place still available to bring an item to get fixed and have it usable again for a few more years.

I brought in 2 old Kenmore vacuums that needed a serious overhaul and new power cords. Just used them today and Dan did a great job! The vacuums pick up so much better and sound great. I highly recommend Suburban Vacuum. Thank you Dan!

I was going to give up on my Dyson, but Dan restored it, reconditioned and taught me what to do and not to do. Working better than ever now. Am so glad this place exists and not having to add another appliance to the landfill! Well worth it!

If there was a Ten Star rating, Suburban Vacuum would deserve it. Over many years, I have enjoyed the super-professional, wonderfully personal customer service for vacuum purchase, maintenance, repair—but also hurricane flood cleanup! advice! Always, dependably, GREAT.

Fantastic experience. My vacuum was broken and in bad shape; it’s now restored to as clean and good as new at a competitive price. Dan also showed me where I was incorrectly maintaining it so it wouldn’t break in the future. I’ve added Suburban Vacuum to my contacts list; will definitely use for again for annual cleanings and, if needed, future service.

Excellent repair and refurbishing on a 30+ year old Eureka machine. Mr. Bergman's customer service is excellent and repair work top notch! My machine was fixed quickly, at a reasonable price, working better than new! He even took the time & care to clean and shine my old canister vacuum machine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUBURBAN!
