My tv needed to be repaired. They insisted on taking it away for repairs at their shop. They returned it damaged. They were not forthcoming about the damage they caused and walked away without saying a word. When we approached them about the damage, they were incredibly rude and verbally abusive. They took no accountability whatsoever. We are left with a tv that has a damaged part that cannot be replaced. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I gave them my TV (busted backlight) 3 weeks ago and so far, so good. They were very helpful over the phone and in person. Upfront and informative every step of the way. The fix was cheaper than buying a new TV on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

I dropped off a 56 inch screen Vizio that I’ve had for many years thinking it would be an easy fix. The repairman was very nice and very helpful and informative. He called me back a couple days later told me that they can fix it. Just replace the power supply then they called me back a couple days later and told me that the power supply was failing and so the TV cannot be repaired could’ve easily given me the TV could’ve easily given me the Repair TV that was bound to fail but they were super honest and I appreciate that I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again for all your help.

Words can only describe so much as to how happy I am with the service I received at Stanton TV. From the call on the phone to when I came in to get my cd player repaired He was very kind and knowledgeable on what my problem was. His repair service was really fast and efficient. Reasonable pricing. Now my cd player is as good as new! I could not be more happy I had to leave a tip. Not only will I be a returning customer but I am also going to recommend this location to any of my friends that could use Stanton’s services. Thank you so much.

Brought my 2 year old Samsung in for repair cause it kept shutting on & off. They called me back 2 days later for a diagnosis and a very reasonable price!!! I’m very happy with their service and I highly recommend them. Thank you Stanton!

My son threw something at my Samsung Frame 75" TV, cracked the screen. I called several shops and nobody wanted to repair it or wanted to charge a ridiculous price. I finally gave this place a call even though it was quite a drive for me. They took the job with no hesitation and for a very reasonable price. The work was done in a couple days, they even helped me load and unload my tv. TV works just as good as out of the box.

Had a warranty repair for a sony tv and Stanton was selected by the manufacturer to make the repair. Excellent and prompt experience, arrived early to pick up tv and performed repair in a reasonable amount of time and had returned good as new. Good communication regarding status, very easy to get on phone for questions, and friendly service professionals who performed pick up and drop off. Don't usually write these kinds of reviews but when my tv died i was dreading the repair experience but Stanton made it a painless.Thank you.

Highly recommend this business. Knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with. Brought in my vintage Kenwood 9600 for diagnosis and repair and they were able to successfully service in 48 hours! Great service and quick. We're rocking again.

Samsung Smart 4k TV, flickering screen, no picture. Called Stanton, came over and immediately knew what the problem was. Took the TV with them, replaced part that was needed, TV delivered back to us and good as new. Great customer service and overall service in general. Will absolutely use in the future if needed and highly recommended. These are the guys to choose for your TV issues. Very Grateful to them.

Fixed the screen on our Samsung QLED that the kiddo hit with a baseball bat. They did it for less then half the price of replacing it with a new one and it looks just like new!!!

Our TV suddenly stopped working and of course was outside the warranty period with Samsung and Best Buy. I did a quick Google search and found Stanton TV Repair. They were responsive, communicative, fairly priced and efficient.Instead of having to spend $2k+ on a new TV, we spent under $500 for a new screen and that included pick up and delivery.I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again if needed!
