About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!

Took my car here to have the front bumper, left fender liner, and lower intake scoop fixed from hitting a raccoon on the highway,
Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed my passenger side headlight with full of water condensation,
When I questioned the body shop
They first said, they didn’t touch the headlight, and tried to point out other issues stating to be the factor!
If my headlight had previous damage,
Then why didn’t the water condensation damage the headlight before bringing to this place???!??
Something no one from here can answer

Rather than doing a complete inspection, they take an approach of “replace only the obvious stuff.” When a part they missed stops them in their tracks, they have no problem holding onto your car for longer.
To add insult to injury, they have been struggling to reprogram the car computer for more than a week.
I’m very disappointed.

Got my car repaired here as it’s GEICO shop. Repairs came out decent, had an issue with clear coat which was fixed on the spot. However, interior of the car was covered in dust and smudges/handprints all over the driver door and steering wheel - this is lacking basic respect and professionalism.

Had my car repaired by Silva's about a month ago from a hit and run. This was my first involvement with them. I have to say they did a great job on fixing the damage and the car was pretty much done when they said it would be done. Where I am totally disappointment, grease all over my light colored visors, inside windshield and ceiling controls (interior lights, moonroof...). They lost the key to my wheels but they did find another that I could use. A large chunk of rubber was somehow ripped off the weatherstrip inside my driver side door. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, Tony, he told me that his people could not have done any of this and that I probably never noticed the missing chunk of rubber. I do not work with grease and it is impossible that it was brought to them like that, they received a clean car. Also I am the only person who washes my car by hand, that said, I always open the doors and wash the door jams and panels inside the door. If that chunk of rubber was missing prior to the layover in the body shop I would have noticed it. I get in the car and drive everyday, I would have noticed. Being told I probably didn't notice was totally absurd. I was not looking for anything from the body shop but I wanted this experience to be known. So, my chat with the owner was a big disappointment!Lastly, my car was hit again and I contacted them to do the repairs. I found out pretty quickly that the insurance company removed them from their list of preferred body shops. I called Silva's twice and I was told by Steven, both times, that he would straighten that out with the insurance company, because he knew somebody there, and would call me back. Well, its been over a month and have heard nothing from them.If this is the way customers are treated I couldn't in good conscience use their services again.

Can't say enough good things about Silva's. On our way home from vacation, we were in an accident in the area. A long way from home and not familiar with anything in the area, we took to google and looked up top rated body shops and found Silva's. The staff were very pleasant to deal with, answering our never ending questions, keeping us updated on the progress and the quality of work was top notch. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

bought my car in for a back bumper repair through Geico. My car was kept there for three weeks through a couple of torrential rain periods. after the third week I was told that my car would not start. after assessment I was told that the fuel pump was damaged due to the C pillars being clogged and flooding the floor of my bmw and causing the damage of the fuel pump. my problem with this is that it all seemed suspect because there was no prior evidence of a leak or car trouble. so in the end the co. was able to collect 1600 dollars from me and 2000 fromGeico. Not a happy customer . The not knowing for absolute sure is what was killing me.
