This store is by far the worst. When you have to get your items from store pickup, parking spaces aren't available due to people parking and shopping. When you try and call regarding an issue, nobody answered the phone, and they will show some items aren't available for pickup but only delivery when that isn't the case. They want you to buy the higher priced item thats shown as being available for pickup. The associates are rude as well. This location is horrible!!!!!

Who is giving bad reviews? What, you've never been to a wholesaler before? They're all pretty much the same... I think this is the only Sam's I've ever been to, but I think it's great. Lots of fresh food, and obvi an astonishingly wide selection of dry goods. The staff is decent here, and the shopping area is usually clean.

What NOT to do to customers would fill Sam's Club Encyclopedia of Business Ethics. I put in a $250 order online on Friday. June 16 and selected to pick up items that were not being shipped on Saturday. June 17 between 7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m.I tried to use the Sam's Club app on my phone that I had arrived at 7:30 a.m. for a pick-up. The app did NOT work, so I went to the door after waiting in the pick-up area for 20 minutes. Associates flatly refused to answer the door and told me that the store opened at 8:00 a.m. I finally got Melvin to respond showing him my order #10074372944 and giving him my last name. That was at 8:00 a.m. when I finally could get service. The woman working in the pick-up department was especially nasty telling me, "Your pick-up is at 8:00, not 7:00-8:00." I showed her the email. She reiterated that the store opened at 8:00 a.m.I waited another 20 minutes to get my order bringing my waiting time to 50 minutes. Melvin asked me to wait another 15 minutes to get the barbecue chicken. I asked him to remove it from my order.When I got home I discovered several important items missing from my order. I really resent being treated so shabbily when I am a good customer.I will not renew my Sam's Club membership. There appears to be no shred of interpersonal training on how to treat members. Agreed upon times are discounted completely. Orders are unfilled. Customers' time is wasted. Clientele are treated extremely rudely.What a difference there is between the associates who go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful at BJ's and the ruffians at Sam's Club.

Samsclub needs to reopen closed stores in CT. The stores were cool and your customers want to be able to shop in stores as well as online.

Un comportamiento totalmente inapropiado. ¡Peor aún! Te faltan el respeto, tratan de humillarte, son hostil y conflictivos. Después de hablarme totalmente grosero y hasta gritar en tono burlón , la persona que supuestamente vino "Ayudar" me pidió que me calmara... lo mire y le dije: No he hablado cariño. Ella está gritando y tú me pides que me calme??? Al momento de irme Pedí hablar con el manager Chris que llamo a Barbie (otra manager) y escucharon perfectamente como la cajera seguía literalmente gritando en tono de burla, riendo y sobrepasando todo el protocolo de un empleado a un cliente. ¡¿En que momento se perdió el respeto y el querer ridiculizar una persona para llenar tu ego absurdo?! Hay un millón de cámaras en Sams club para verificar mi alegato... respete tus reglas sams club sin protestar pero, tienes que tener más conversaciones con tu personal y mantenerle claro el marco de respeto que deben mantener con el cliente. Demás está decir que si hubiese sido una de su nacionalidad la agrede verbalmente como ella lo hacía y hasta llegarían a los golpes 2/8/2023 Aproximadamente 8:57-9:06 am pase el momento más desagradable sin razón aparente. No se pueden cruzar los límites.

agoThis place is kept nicely stocked and clean. is soo Prices are reasonable as far as club prices goes. Check out is easy and if you have the scan and go app is even easier. Some items they give you big discounts just by using the scan and go so thats a plus

First visit here. Do your best to go during the weekday it gets so crowded on the weekend. But I must say they had different stuff than my Costco. They had a lot of Spanish/Mexican food products which I'd like to try & their bakery & sushi was amazing! I totally live their tuxedo cake! It's so much better than Costco! Happy Yelping!
