I rented a car for 4 months. I had to return the car earlier for family emergency.I was told I would receive money or credit but in spite of several emails I never heard back from Renault. Be careful! They are dishonest and it seems I am not the only one who reported same complain. bad customer service. Americans wont put up with this once reviews came out Stay away

I have traveled to France every year for the past 30-40 years; I have now used Renault Eurodrive the last 25 years or so, as I have grown extremely satisfied with the service. Making a reservation is easy; once arrived in France, getting to the airport location is a phone call away. The price is right and includes insurance coverage; there are no surprises.

I had a bad experience—In France I received an email that the car couldn't be delivered so instead I drove a small Kia around France for a month. The replacement Kia which I essentially rented from a European car rental company “Europcar†was only arranged for two weeks with a return in a city I was not even close to. I had to put up a deposit of $300 myself to rent this car!!! The insurance company IMA which was handling the problem said that Eurodrive would eventually contact me and get me my new car no matter where I was in France but that never happened. No contact. I had to call the company to extend the rental of the Kia to the originally agreed upon date of return and agreed upon city of return. Just a bad experience that added unnecessary stress to a wonderful vacation.

My husband and I used Renault USA for our honeymoon instead of a rental. The experience was completely seamless. Upon arrival in Milan, our brand new car was waiting for us with a representative. A week into our trip we got into a bit of trouble and had to have a mechanic take a look. (Note to self- do not put diesel into a gasoline car) :))))) We were able to get a tow truck and a free rental immediately. Great thing also was that transportation to pick up the rental was also provided at no extra cost to us. This is super convenient for when you are afraid of being stranded in an unknown place. Also a great thing was that I was able to drive the car (automatic) in addition to my husband for no extra cost. I highly reccomend this option for long term travelers as it is very convenient and you don't have to worry about anything like you would with typical rentals.

I use the Eurodrive program almost each time I go to Europe for a period of 2 weeks and more. I like having a brand new car and getting the model I need for a specific trip based on my itinerary and the size of my party. The program is all inclusive and there is no surprise with airport fees, road fees, etc being charged locally.

My husband and I are very happy with Renault USA car lease. We picked up our brand new Clio4 (fun little sporty model) at Malpensa airport in Milan, the whole process was very smooth and simple. In the middle of our trip we went off the beaten path in Tuscany, where we got a flat tire. Renault assistance was very responsive in getting us a replacement vehicle and had our car back to us in no time! One important thing to note, our flat tire, towing and everything else was completely covered by Renault (car rentals would charge a fortune for this), so we were very happy with that and will definitely lease with RenaultUSA again.
