Awful experience. I paid them in full in July for two retail stores. One store was easy as the film I wanted was supposed to match the exact color of what I already had. They went and put incredibly dark film that my store looked completely closed. Their staff show up late every single time. It's been nearly impossible getting a hold of anyone to redo the job. They left everything half done. I have yet to pick up film colors so the second time around can be right. They went ahead and installed new film without my approval. A complete nightmare. Disputing Amex charge asap. Wish I had gone with my other estimate.

Very good work. They got it right the first time around. If you need a sign, awning, wraps or lettering on a vehicle, this shop is definitely worth looking into.Call first as they can get a little busy at times.

I don't recommend them for tinting vehicle windows. They charged me cash only and did a bad job. There are air gaps and bubbles on every window. I don't think they cleaned the windows before they applied the tint. A razor blade was left on my roof which I found when I got home. It blew around and scratched up my car. There is also a big piece of black tape attached to my rear window to hold the tint on.

They did a great job on window tint . the price is a little bit high but it’s worth because there is no bubbles on my side and rear window. It’s still a good experience

I have done business with NY signs for the last five years and they have been awesome! My business signs, tee shirts and all other marketing materials. Great customer service, quality, and timely service. I would recommend!

PASS I had been coming to this business for my car windows for YEARS. Recently it was sold to someone named Allan and since then it has turned from amazing customer service to why bother? And his worker Dion always acts surprised. Allan has you come to elmsford shop repeatedly and then either doesn't show up or tells you he's too busy and to come back. If I lived or worked near Elmsford that would be another story but he knows that I don't. I have since found a better place with better product, better scheduling and way better customer service.

Don't tint your car; it is illegal in NY state. The guy in the shop will not tell you about this. Very bad!

New York sign does an extremely great job. They’ve done all my work van lettering as well as our office sign. All the letters and numbers are perfectly symmetrical with the rest of the van. This type of professionalism is hard to find especially at an affordable price. They’re prices are the best in the business. Alan runs a great business and we will continue to stay loyal. Thanks guys!
