If I could give the Newtown Lincare a negative star, I would. Their communication is abysmal, their customer service is non existent. I have been trying for months to get my CPAP supplies and they have dragged their feet every step of the way. This company does not care about its patients. They do not call you to keep you informed. They come up with a million excuses for why they can’t do their jobs. This is the least professional company I have ever dealt with. The latest indignity is that they are unable to have my CPAP chip read. They sat with it for over three weeks and when I called to ask what was happening I was told they couldn’t read the report and on MONDAY they will reach out to the Help Desk. I am contacting the better business bureau because this company provides terrible service and honestly if you are so irresponsible with patients and their health, you should not be in business.

Sure wish I did not have give rate it one star. It does not deserve that rating. There should be another rating system. I have been trying to correct a false bill but never can contact anyone at this organization. When their automatic answering system does pick up no person ever answers. I made multiple calls and sent emails. Never received a reply. Guess I will put a official complaint with Medicare. Perhaps they will respond to that.

The worst company to do business with . They promised a portable contractor a 8 mo ago it’s still not here . Every week I’m told it’s on order . They are out right liars.

If you're colored person you may wanna think twice before getting your equipment from here.. I spoke with A Customer Service Rep named Minea who made my experience a nightmare.. When I request her to escalate the call, so I would be able to speak with the manager, the manager Angelina refused to accept the request, ended the call without my equipment.. Now im stuck without my equipment, so now I have to roll the dice when I go to sleep because I do not know if I'll wake up in the morning.

Lo care has continuity gotten better over time. The call less because their DB must have gotten updated. They are nicer on the phone and have been very helpful at times.

The absolute worst company I've ever encountered. Not an exaggeration at all. The business has horrible policies and the staff are incompetent at best. Calling their corporate resolution center (iCare), you will see that they are rotten to the core. Probably decent people work here but they will be out of work soon with their ineptness and poor customer service. Offshore staff will be much cheaper.

I really wish I could give this company negative stars. My grandmother requires oxygen 24/7 but with a portable oxygen concentrator would be able to get back to her previously active lifestyle. Lincare assured me months ago that they could provide us with a lightweight portable oxygen concentrator covered by her insurance. However 5 months of my later and we are still waiting for it!! My grandmother has been homebound for all this time because of Lincare's staggering incompetence and gross negligence. They have given us the runaround for months and have tried to lay blame on everyone else: the insurance company, her doctors, ect. But the only problem is them and their unwillingness to provide the equipment. They want to get paid but not provide services. I have called them at least three times a week for the past 4 months and we still do not have the concentrator. Each time I call they say they will order it, and each time I call back they say they had discovered a new problem that prevented them from ordering. For a company that deals with so many handicapped/sick/disabled people they are shockingly indifferent and incompetent. If you are in need of medical equipment please get it elsewhere. This negligent company cannot be counted on to provide you with the equipment you need to stay alive.

To start, I must mention that I never write reviews for companies but feel compelled to do so for Lincare. After months of dealing with this company and battling various departments for my son's formula, I am now, thankfully, being forced to use a different vendor. Lincare charged me for formula that was fully covered by my insurance and I am still waiting for the reimbursement (which I'm sure I'll never get). On top of this, they set up multiple accounts for my son, which makes it impossible for various departments to provide efficient customer service without the hassle of explaining things repeatedly. Almost every time, I am placed on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes with no end result. And now, after going through three departments and the process of pre-authorization, I am told that they do not carry the formula my son needs. Stay away from this company if you have a choice, because they will waste your time, money, and patience.
