Got prescribed HRT by my OB GYN after an emergency hysterectomy and she called the scrip into Heathy Choice. Clearly my hormones aren't on point so I was upset trying to find out the dosage. The girl on the phone got upset with me, hung up on me and sent the scrip to the wrong address on purpose. Never sent another scrip to my correct address even though it's been a week. At this point, I'll call another compounding pharmacy to fill it; one that won't allow their employees to be petty with the meds of a patient.

I've called this pharmacy and asked them a question. Someone said they'll look into it and never called back. Even after I followed up (twice), they have not bothered to get any answers. Highly recommend Westchester compounding pharmacy for far superior costumer service.

They are so helpful, convenient and easy to work with. They remind me all the time when I'm running low, and are quick to clarify any information regarding my prescriptions, address, changes, etc. It's like a personal health assistant. I need a HCCP in every aspect of my life, please.

The service is amazing.. fast shipping, great communication and easy to reach by text or phone call. I wasn’t expecting such personalized hands-on service from a pharmacy that isn’t local but I have to say, I always get the same (or better!) service as dealing face to face with my local pharmacist. Wow amazing service I called every pharmacy no one had it for today this rare medicine paromomycin and this amazing pharmacy great Costomer service he tried his best to make it for today, very kind He has a voice of a billionaire ? very nice man and the lady she was very detailed I loved her, she even walked up to my car to give me the best ideas to try n make my baby take medicine ? I recommend this pharmacy 1000 percent..

Been their customer for many years. We buy many compounded products and, as a dentist, I've called them asking for special products when a patient has a specific need or sensitivity and they are always willing to work with me on formulations. So grateful to have them so nearby.
