Latanya is the absolute best. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. You don’t usually expect that kind of customer service at a fedex, but she went above and beyond. Febi was also super helpful. Overall, a really great experience thanks to Latanya and Febi. Greatly appreciated, I wish everyone was like them.

This Elmsford, NY is terrible. Avoid them at all costs! I needed a package for work that was paid to be delivered by 10:30am (two-day) and did not arrive until later that night. A friendly neighbor called me up when he saw the truck finally arrive. I signed up for delivery updates. I received a delivery notification THE NEXT DAY. The driver falsified the delivery updates on their tracker device to reflect he dis his job, when in actuality he did not. If FedEx corporate reads this, please look into the Elmsford, NY depot. Poor work ethic at best. I personally don't use FedEx anymore and only do when the choice is out of my hands. When I do deal with FedEx, I already know unreliability is the norm, not the exception. Google needs at least one star to finalize the review. I would rate at ZERO stars.

I received numerous emails that my package coming from this facility couldn't be delivered because no one was home to sign for it. Please keep in mind the sender does not require signature for delivery. Also note that I work from home and driver never knocked on my door nor did he or she leave a door tag. The driver never attempted delivery.

The drivers coming out of this place in the morning act like they are rabid. Reckless driving. They are probably overworked and underpaid, because their stress is evident in how they drive and the careless way they deliver packages.

Horrible carrier. They lost an 80lbs package. After a lengthy investigation, the package is lost and I lost a lot of money.Beware
