I work there. It's a huge building. Lots of trucks. Thousands of packages. Haven't had to pick anything up from there. So can't tell ya about the guards interaction with people when they come to pick up there packages except one man who's always there when I clock in in the early am, he has an island accent, Jamaican I presume. He seems like he doesn't play and gets the job done for FedEx. Fast paced and co-workers and managers don't play but are cool!

The drivers coming out of this place in the morning act like they are rabid. Reckless driving. They are probably overworked and underpaid, because their stress is evident in how they drive and the careless way they deliver packages.

Do not use this service. They use 3rd party contractors who lie and say they tried to deliver items when they never showed up! Use ups or usps instead!

This terminal is so unorganized it’s unbelievable.1. Not enough trucks2. The trucks available all have dash signals on but it’s a “signal error” they all say3. Try to report problems the trucks have on the checkout list and managers will be very upset4. There is no set schedule, management lets you know the night before if you have a route5. If they ask you to pull extra shifts during peak they will most likely overload you with stops6. Management gets upset if you can’t complete the overload of stops7. Communication is horrible, ask a lot of questions or you won’t know anything going on8. If you don’t have direct deposit you have to constantly bother management for checks / paystubs9. ADP does not reflect your actual payment (no legit record other than paystubs)10. I was given a faulty truck, I reported it twice to management who did nothing about it. Then one day the truck spun out of control while I was going 5pmh in a round about & caused an accident. My life was put at risk b/c negligent management.
