Where do we begin when others have had the same issues. Prior to the delivery im attempting to nail down before a early morning flight. I've had drivers not ring our bell to inform us that they have arrived. Today the driver came 18 minutes after the delivery window and while I was unable to get to the door in time. Is being told that my package will be held at a facility that I can't reach out to and confirm. Of all the Couriers Fedex has by far has to be the worst. Hard to access them, give textbook responses and not really customer centered.

Absolute clown! Everytime with this FedEx. They don't even attempt to deliver if it's mildly inconvenient for them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to call FedEx customer service daily to get a delivery from this FedEx location. The delivery was delayed by 6 days for an over-night shipment for the following reasons:
- the driver got lost
- there are no instructions on file how to get into a building (not true; they were provided upfront)
- simple negligence - they didn't put the delivery item on the delivery truck just because they didn't (no reason)
Awful, just awful experience and I'm shocked it's from FedEx.

A FedEx door tag was left at my door with no date, no name, no note on it, nada. I knew it had to be an importantt legal documet I was expecting from overseas. Called FedEx with the tag # the next day and somehow the package that was supposed to be delivered to the Bronx, NY was sitting at this FedEx ship center in Elmsford, NY. I was told a ticket would get created to get it re-routed back to me. A few days and NO package later, I called again- was told package was still showing at Elmsford, NY. Another ticket is allegedly created during this call and I asked that it be rerouted to a specific FedEx store near me and I'd go pick up myself instead, to make sure there's no further delivery issues. Another few days go back and NO package yet, I called a third time I am told that my ticket had been closed somehow and the package was still 'showing' at Elmsford, NY. Turns out THEY HAD LOST my package this whole time. About 7 weeks and 3 CS Calls later all they had the nerve say to me was to reach out to the Sender and have them send the document to me again.

My package was originally scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, July 23rd. After it didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service and was told it would be delivered the following day—yet nothing showed up. To avoid further delays, I even opted to pick it up at a nearby holding facility, thinking that would simplify the process and prevent it from bouncing around Westchester.
However, tracking still showed a delivery scheduled for end of day. When that deadline passed, I called again and was told it would arrive Saturday. It’s now Saturday, and the status hasn’t changed. After another call, I was informed it won’t be delivered until Monday.
That’s a total of six days, and the package has been sitting in a hot trailer just three miles from my location. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

I have been waiting for my package for days. They keep claiming it was delivered when it was not. I contacted customer service, and they said they would inform me when the driver is in the area, but they never did. The driver did not come at all, and I still have not received my package. Additionally, the driver took a blurry picture of something, which is unacceptable. Their service is terrible.

Excellent (quick and friendly) service inside, but you must risk your life to cross the parking lot~ a FedEx truck went through the parking lot at HIGH speed this morning, music blasting and paying little to no attention to the fact that I had just begun to cross the narrow parking lot distance from my car to the door. On the way out the same thing happened again - this time there were 3 high speed trucks driving through in a row. Be careful in the parking lot!!

Drivers lie about delivery. “Incorrect address” when the Fedex support confirmed it was correct over the phone. Clowns.

Absolutely the WORST shipping service. If there is any inconvenience on your street they will not deliver. And they’re always bringing the wrong package to the wrong house.

I’m very disappointed with how FedEx handled my shipment today. The delivery driver was polite and did his best, but when he called Spencer for help verifying my order, Spencer was extremely unhelpful and rude.
My shipment clearly shows 8 pieces total on both the tracking email and the labels on the boxes (marked 1/8, 2/8, up to 8/8). Only 6 boxes were delivered. Instead of assisting, Spencer told the driver not to leave the packages unless I signed — even though my tracking email clearly said no signature required. He also tried to blame my supplier, even though the labeling clearly shows it was FedEx’s error.
This wasn’t the driver’s fault — he was courteous and did what he could. FedEx needs to train support staff like Spencer to handle these situations professionally instead of arguing with the driver and customer.
Very frustrating experience. I hope FedEx follows up and finds my missing packages.
