The drivers that deliver from this location didn't actually make the attempt to delivery my order. I wasted 2 days waiting for them at home and both days I received a notification stating they couldn’t access the property. They didn’t even drive by my building 62 warburton ave in Yonkers . Get some drivers that are willing to do the job, your current drivers are lazy.

As an online shopper I hate FedEx with all my heart and my soul with a passion UPS USPS all the delivery service do the right thing FedEx never comes to my door but to even attempt a delivery but they always update by lying n saying they came but never came I have taken off work no body came but online tracking says otherwise I hate da service I wish I can have a choice on who delivery my iteams I will NEVER choose fedex 1 star is too good for dem

This review is about Fed EX and its automated phone service. I have doctors with patients scheduled to receive my work. I pay for overnight delivery and its continuously late. In the real world this effects my business. You never answer you phones with a rep and never take responsibility for your late packages.

It’s worst never on time lie about delivery is the WORST FedEx just please go out business let ups take over.every one who knows about elmsford ny fedex should boycott them tell you shippers you refuse to use fedex!!

They are the worse delivery service there is! My apartment number was supposedly missing from my address so when I check tracking they said my address was “incorrect” and my package was undeliverable. I call them and the representative says oh don’t worry they will hold your package for 5 days you can go and pick it up or you can have the sender add the apartment number and send it to us. I call the sender and they are like “no your package is being returned to us by fedex” they claim they attempted to deliver the package but they NEVER did. They saw that there was no apartment number and they automatically just put it to be returned. They have no consideration for how important some these packages are for people to receive them and they don’t care. You can see that they don’t want to put even the smallest bit of effort (like a call or text) in to making sure people get their packages and then all they do is say oh I’m sorry but we can’t help you. If I can help it I would never use them again! They just don’t care

I order a cooler from Walmart, that a fed ex driver said it was delivered today at 4:44. They did not deliver a cooler, I received boots. I am going to file a complaint with fed ex elmsford office.

This FedEx office make packages disappear so Make sure you add signatures to your packages. I have to file a police report because they said they delivered a package that they did not, and they put in a ficticious name. They will have to account for that package because it was not delivered to my home it was delivered to a postal station.

Whoever the driver that delivers the Hasting on Hudson route is incompetent, my package required a signature for two days straight the driver calls my intercom and I answer, obviously someone is home to receive the package. First delivery attempt I let him in through intercom and I would think such an important package to be signed for, needed an adult signature, Was under the impression he would bring up to my apartment, instead he marked it as “we tried”. Second delivery attempt same thing he rings my intercom but this time I run downstairs and by the time I got down 30 seconds to 1 minute, he just zoom’s of the premis and again marked as “we tried”. I never have this problem with UPS. If i could give a 0 star I would.

I've waited all day today on my front porch for my package and received an update that a delivery attempt was made. The last package I had went through this location back in February I waited on my porch for three days to receive an update stating delivery was attempted, and my package was “delivered” but I never received the package containing my child's birthday outfit. Tomorrow I will be waiting for my package which costs $500. 10 Herman Place never gave me these issues.

Ordered a package for a vacation and was expecting it to be delivered on Saturday. Shipping was going well and was expected to be delivered earlier on Friday as a result of that. Once the package was handed off to this FedEx location; travel time was disrupted stating hours at business could not be delivered and the package was now expected on Sunday. What business ?? the address is a house and never had a business address or name listed on the package (false claims) there was also no delivery attempted. I called FedEx customer service and was told I can go pick up my package from the location before closing hours. I drove 30 minutes to pick up the package and was told it was locked up with several other packages and the one guy who has the key has left for the day. There was nothing that could be done as he doesn’t have the key and if he did it would be amongst several other packages. The package was not delivered until Tuesday. Three days late for no reason .. very upsetting and disappointing.

The staff seems to always be late to open or disappear at random times throughout the day. Today there were about 15 of us waiting for someone to show up. They were 90 min late to open.
