Great location. Great service, manager Amanda was absolutely amazing, checking us in early to get us in and settled. Also totally helped out with our dog Molly understanding her emotional support tag. All the staff totally made check-in a stressfree breeze. A+ EA

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. However, they put me on the 7th floor with people who live there. That's fine but when you're trying to sleep after driving for 3 hours that's unacceptable. The noise was terrible both nights. People wandering the halls talking on their cell phones. Opening and closing their doors loudly. One guy was sitting in the hallway in his boxers. I complained twice and all they did was give me 20% off my entire stay. I wasn't going to argue with the lady behind the desk since it seemed like she wasn't going to budge. Really? I should've gotten a full refund. I will be contacting their corporate office. If they don't issue me a full refund, then I will be contacting Consumers Affairs and the BBB.

Do NOT stay here. The room stunk like feet and our shower was not going down. A day later mud or feces was coming out of the drain in the 6th floor room. When we requested housekeeping to come they told us there was no one around until the next morning. We requested a new room and we were denied that as well but offered a room to solely shower in. The manager was well aware of the our situation and did absolutely nothing. The next day there were little tiny bugs in the sink. We checked out early and never looked back. When we contacted guest relations three times to try and speak to someone higher than the hotel manager, our calls were not returned. I have videos and pictures to prove all of these statements but unfortunately no one would return my calls.

Amanda was great, the receptionists were very friendly and have great customer service. Is corridors if they need a little more cleaning, the technician is very friendly. I would change the colors to lighter ones.

My stay was truly a home away from home thanks to GM Amanda and Maintenance Kevin. I felt safe, comfortable, and their customer service was top tier!!!

Although this is a convenient hotel for people in the area and travelers, I went to pick someone up and found it to be fairly dirty. That was very surprised because it was an excellent place when it first opened up. This is basically a word to the wise. Make sure you inspect the rooms and if I had to put my finger on it, there's a lot of homeless here. When you walk the halls of a hotel and a foul stench resonates, we know something's wrong.

I booked this hotel through a 3rd party booking app. I was told my the hotelThat the latest I could check in was 2am. I arrived at 1:40am just to find no one working at the front desk. I had to search the floors to find someone to assist me. I wasn’t checked in until after 2am and the system goes down. The receptionist advised me that the payment wasn’t received from the 3rd party although they had already charged my card for it. I was given a room key and told to go to my room and come back at 3am when the system comes back up. I came back down and they told me that it still had not gone through. I contacted the 3rd party booking app and they said the payment went through on their end and the hotel has to wait for their funds. The receptionist told me that my reservation had been canceled on their end and that I could not stay in the hotel unless I book an additional reservation and pay again although I had already paid. The receptionist was very rude and started to raise his voice as if I was in the wrong. He told me that he could get fired if he let me stay in the room. He kicked me out of my room at 5am threatening to call the police so I had no choice but to leave and sleep in my car. I had paid $200 for a hotel room just to end up sleeping in my vehicle outside. I will never book with this hotel again !!! That was completely unacceptable

nasty old rooms not even that clean, weird people hanging outside. odor from the room it felt like many people go there to died. it felt unsafe and the continental breakfast Consist of a cup of coffee and Granola bars for the price not worth it at all. STAY AWAY

Management and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It was an excellent stay. I travel often for work for long periods of time and have stayed at Extended Stays and this one is a very good one.

One of the worst hotel stays ever. Cockroaches walking across the carpet under the bed and bedbugs on the mattress just covered by a sheet. Never again !!

I truly enjoyed my stay. Our room was definitely not cleaned appropriately, I found cheeze it's under the bed and the floors left your feet black if you didn't wear socks or shoes. The tub was filthy as well. The service was excellent the room lovely if cleaned properly. I recommend this hotel but ask to check the room first just to make sure it's cleaned properly. ?

Stay with my boyfriend in room 712 for the weekend the room smelled very beautiful room was nicely clean, the building was clean and the outside elevator smelled nice The staff was absolutely professional the ladies Melissa ,Renee quickly accommodated all of my needs working staff always cleaning greetings all throughout the day the manager must be very proud . Place is a little out dated but spotless cleaned! Highly recommended this place !

I’ve been staying here for the past week as I get chemotherapy and radiation treatments. The room is tidy, clean and comfortable. The reception staff are all courteous, upbeat and pleasant, offering to help and ready to answer any questions. The same can be said for the maintenance staff. A very, very helpful and pleasant group of people! I recommend staying here.
