I was not involved in original purchase of Ricoh printer from Eagle in the office I manage, but rather inherited it when I took over. I'm grateful to have been well taken care of by the team when I needed service over the years and it was an easy decision re-engage them when it came time to lease a new machine. Jason was knowledgeable, efficient and flexible; and three techs I've worked with over the years have all been the same. I appreciate working with a local company that can deliver the goods and wouldn't look elsewhere for printers moving forward.

I have worked with Eagle Business Machines for many years with my past two former employers. Katonah Management was looking for an alternative vendor and Eagle Business was very easy to work with, pricing came in better than the original vendor. Their years of experience and excellent customer service and quick reply is one of the reasons to move forward with them for our copier needs.
