Recently, I had my car repaired at Brandan's Auto Body in Elmsford after a mild car accident, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The accident left my front bumper and fender slightly damaged, so I was worried about how the repairs would turn out. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive when I walked in. They took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, assess the damage, and give me a fair estimate.
The quality of their work is outstanding—my car looks as good as new! Not only did they fix the damage flawlessly, but they also matched the paint perfectly, which was one of my biggest concerns. They even completed the job a day early, which was a pleasant surprise and a huge relief.
Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from other shops I've been to. I appreciated how they handled everything with such care, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the repair process.

On Thursday morning, I called Brendan’s Auto Body after a few other mechanic shops told me they wouldn’t be able to change my rear brakes and rotors until the following Monday. I was told to bring my car in the very next morning and they were able to get the work done within the same day. I am very pleased and will 100% continue to come here.

I live in Virginia and needed to travel to New York for a family emergency. I got into my car a couple days before going up, and my car’s transmission was completely shot. I went to a local auto-body place and they gave me an insane price to replace it. I called my dad in New York, and he said he had an auto body shop that would help. Brendan not only sent a tow truck down to Virginia THAT NIGHT to pick up my car and bring it back to NY, but he also sent down a car down that I could borrow so I could stick to my plan and tend to my family. He had the new transmission installed 2 days later for less than half the price of the local body shop I tried.
I’ve never experienced service like that. It’s hard these days to find businesses who genuinely care about their customers, and I was taken aback by how empathetic he was to my situation. That tow truck went from New York to Virginia and back all in the same day for my car. Brendan had my back that day, and my family and I truly can’t thank him enough for it.

I was driving down the Saw Mill when my car suddenly broke down. Brendan’s Auto Body towed me over to their shop. Everyone in the office was super helpful during this stressful situation. The mechanic immediately began working on my car. I was able to get back on the road right away. Would definitely recommend them!

The Best!!!!! I broke down a block away from the garage at closing time and owner and mechanic came out and changed my battery and got my car running. This was a Saturday and I would not have had my car until Monday at the earliest. They did not know this but it was my son’s graduation party and I went out to get ice at the last minute and broke down. I was able to get the ice and go back to the party. Thank you Brendan.

No communication skills what so ever. Owner is very nasty and rude. Police made him give me back half my money because repairs were done in unacceptable manner

This place is awful, they are contracted with police impound, they towed my finance vehicle. When we retrived the vehicle back the rear left tire was flat, they put air in it, only to have a total flat tire the next morning, we called several times the next day to see what in fact this establishment was prepared to do in order to rectify this situation. The initial offer was to bring the tire to get it repaired not an option being over 100 miles away, we were told Brendan would call back he never did. The receptionist became very agitated and unprofessional. Upon further investigation with our local tire shop it appears that the tire was punctuated with a fine sharp object on the side making it unable to a repair calling for the need of a new 280.00 tire. I would not recommend this place the poor customer service and unsatisfactory. Just a disappointment.....

My experience at this tow/auto body shop was unprofessional. First from my car being towed. They gave me 3 different prices from the time it was towed leading up to when I went back for my car 3 days later. Even after asking the blonde hair lady at the front desk if she can help me in any way she said she couldn’t which is fine. During me leaving the office to go pull out cash. My mom was still inside and she commented “lesson learned”. Not knowing my situation. Which was unprofessional and not called for.

Actually, 10 stars. They painted my 2009 Civic. I would recommend Brendan's Auto Body to anyone. The staff and Brendan were very helpful. Thank you for an excellent job!

A total ripoff place. They wouldn't tell me what the problem with my car was for 6 days, then gave me an astronomic estimate, when I refused to get it repaired there, charged me for storing the car when it was all their fault. I called everyday and people never answered or were rude and hung up. And then I end up paying for their delay as it was my fault. Stay away from this place!!!
