I stumbled across this company because I was looking for someone who would be able to handle the size prints I needed, i’ve been working with them for a few years now they are very professional and attentive. Whether I come with a very small project or a large quantity of pieces they always handle it promptly. Once time we had a little bit of a miscommunication, and they were able to remedy and rectify, any issues extremely fluidly , I look forward to years of continued business with Cris and his staff!!

In addition to completing my large print order as instructed and on-time, i reached out when I discovered that a file I had sent them had disappeared from my server. In a matter of minutes, a manager replied, was able to locate the file, and send it back to me. Truley exceptional customer service! Thank you ARC!

Chris provides outstanding service at excellent prices. In less than a week, he was able to scan an entire banker's box's worth of double-sided, handwritten documents in multiple folders. These documents were written on varying sizes of paper, but he took the time and effort to make the adjustments so that everything was scanned. We now have a lifetime of writings to pass on to our children.

Chris helped me out - prices were extremely better than staples. Service was unbelievably better. Staples just told me to figure it out online when I was trying to create an order, and the online system couldn't handle orders of over 80 pages without having to annoying split up files ... meanwhile, Chris fixed corrected a few misunderstanding that happened when i created the order and delivered well within the time span he promised. though, i dont have many large printing needs to out outside my own office equipment, im glad this place exists when i did.

ARC has been our choice for reprographics since the inception of our practice. The staff is friendly, fast and most importantly communicative. I've been using ARC since joining a large construction firm in Westchester County. We use them for all our printing needs.
