Great costumer service by the manager Mr Marvin. I had an issue with a one delivery which was delivered by the UPS company itself. Mr Marvin made sure the funds for the one day delivery was refunded.

The store is convenient, hours of operation are great and the employees are wonderful. The option to scan returns without waiting to have an employee do it is great.

This store printed multiple posters, programs and flyers for my sister wedding on September 1st. The literature was absolutely amazing and unbeatable. The color was rich, the paper was really thick and made of the best quality. Ron was attentive to our needs and made our vision come alive at more than 100%. Thank you, I would not use any other store for my printing needs

In-store workers are 1 thing. No complaints there. But I tell ya when you call store 516# and answer long long prompts just to ask a question and then then hired 3rd party (from the actual Philippines) answered the phone and after asking her are you at location in elmont. She no o am in the Philippines. So frustrating. Change your phone system if u can't then maybe corporate should.

The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He got a cart and lifted the heavy box in my car onto the cart and took it into the store so that i could return the item/box

I gave this location and job a 5 star rating because everything was as promised, with the added bonus of my business cards being ready in a day . I ordered 500 business cards, and the colors were brilliantly vibrant, and I am very pleased with their service. The customer service is also a huge plus. I recommend any other small business owners to this location, and you won't be disappointed.! I am very happy with my cards.

This UPS location has the most consistent awesome customer service than any other location I’ve ever been to. I drive 24min from Jamaica to this location because they are so stellar! The store is always clean and smells of cleaning products and the employees are all always so pleasant and helpful. I’m in and out in a matter of minutes, I’m never there longer than 10min and only if there is a line.

I’ve been to this location twice now, may I say the customer service is excellent! The minute I walked inside the UPS store the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accessible. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ron Robison, he is an incredible individual, who always is there to assist you in the best possible way. Also, I was assisted by George who is nice and helpful too. Overall all of the staff are super nice, helpful, and amazing at what they do. Such a positive environment inside, I highly recommend it!

I've been here 3 different times and have been helped by 3 different people, All 3 have been so helpful, courtesy and knowledge, what to thank that whole team and all it's employees. Not happy that I have to pay for boxes and labels to return items but that isn't their fault. Highly recommend this location.
