Pharmacist only wanted to give explanation for how my kid's medicine worked to his mother, even though I was the one receiving it and paying for it (and would be administering it). There's instructions printed on it, but if verbal instructions were useful as well, why couldn't those have been directed to me?
Dads can take care of their kids, too.

Came to this store and the manage Ali was very kind but there a lady with the glasses telling the manager that she would not do a online order change on her account. This Was so absurd to me. I no that she is nice to other customers and knows them as friends. But online customers are people also. And just for a point of reference if a customer adds substitutions on the online order. Just do it. Because it avoids this reviews of annoyance and my time and also the cashier and manager time being a complete waste.

The worst Walgreens in America. My 86 year old mother went there today and the person that introduced himself to her as"The Manager" of the photo department started yelling at her becuase she had questions about sending a western union.When I came over and to find out what was going on he said "You people need to know what your doing, I dont have time to answer her questionbs" I was so mad, quickly took her and left store. Never again. Ive notified BBB, FTC Senior Services, western union and Walgreens Corporate as well. Stay away.

Today Wednesday, December 20th I placed an online order. I received a text that my order was ready to let them know when I am on the way. When I clicked I am here it gave me an option of curbside pick up. I selected as for easier convenience. It says once you click it if nobody comes out in 5 minutes to call the store. That’s what I did waited on hold for about another 10 mins. A Indian man answered the phone he never said what his name was. I let him know I was waiting curbside he says the store doesn’t offer curbside and I would have to come inside. I said how could that be if it’s an option online and I am sitting in curbside pickup #2. He says well you have to come in and pay again no I don’t it was already paid for. He says let me check your order and hangs up the phone one me. That frustrated me you have already lied and now you hung up! I now enter the store with my toddler, why I chose curbside. He immediately knew it was me I said why would you hang up he said he didn’t. Again lying. I ask to speak to a manger because at this point I no longer want to deal with you because clearly you do not know what your job is or what the store has to offer. The manger came over I explained the situation to him. He showed no real concern and gave me my order. I asked for the gentleman’s name and its Nomanda the spelling is probably incorrect. But teach your associates all they need to know about the store and that there is a curbside option.

The store is good, clean and stocked very well. The pharmacy service is the worse, however! Pack your patience! You wait forever and they don't seem to care or recognize you've been waiting forever to approach the counter. There's no pick up only line. No one ever answers the phone, too.

They way the older male cashier treats black people should be looked into. Didn't even acknowledge my existence or the other black people in line. When asked question, or asking for bags to carry my items, just pretends I don't exist. Purposely greeting non-black customers happily while making the experience harder and unnecessary for the black ones is horrible.
