Disgusting, reusing the same tools and files on me with our ANY disinfectant. I went right home and pushed my feet in hydrogen peroxide then rubbing alcohol. Stay away. They do not practice proper.or evel legal nail procedures.

Rarely do I write reviews, especially negative ones, but felt compelled to warn others of the treatment we received. We have been loyal customers to Pro Nails for the last two years. The rudeness and disrespect has continued to mount over time. No need to take it anymore. Tommy the owner, is a nice guy, but is very weak and will not stand up when wrongdoing occurs. If you are OK with being disrespected and not treated like a valued customer, this place is for you. Avoid at all cost. Just check out the reviews. And if you ever get stuck with Lee or his wife Kelli, run as fast as you can. Two extremely rude individuals. Apparently they were raised by wolves.

I've been going to Tom for 20 yrs!! Monkey ( Tom knows Monkey) and I love him only nail tech I will go too to get my acrylics!!! PROFESSIONAL AND PRECISION!! About Tom's staff I always found friendly and professional 💯 They do pedicures amazing..I moved out to Suffolk county and I definitely will travel 50 miles again!! In which I will start doing been crazy...but Tom I'm coming lol miss you God bless and see you very very soon!! RESPECTFULLY 🫂 Make an appointment for Tom seriously cause I get fiesty taking my time up with Tom!!! Tom's work so professional last a month!! I don't wait that long but dies..his nail designs done by hand and no Joke amazed at what he can do!!!

Good price but they don't clean their tools. The guy pulled out a cuticle trimmer from a drawer and not from a closed package.

Tommy the owner is professional and a respectful artist. Respect is very important to me. If you should get stuck with Lee, leave immediately. The man has no manners or respect and apparently has been raised by donkeys. He should not be dealing with the public.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! first and last time I will be at this Nail Shop so rude and I asked for a simply MANICURE!! I didn't get my nails soaked to proceed with the manicure Norms instead he started polishing I said that's it he said yes next and went to the next lady!! He did not clean under my nails or did cutticles im upset ehat i waste..i usually look at reviews i should have done just that they need to shut this place down!!
he didn't do anything but polish and I paid 30$ I was expecting full service of a manicure I could have polished myself he didn't even put on the lotion or do the hand massage. Glad they didn't start my Pedicure first. Dont come here! if I could give them a zero I would I just move to NY and this was Abad disappointing experience.

Pricing as we come in. No standard pricing. Please count and listen. The polish was removed before I was told, I couldn't get a fillin. I needed to remove all. I think he was trying to force me to paying his fee. I didn't get it.
