I purchased a washer machine from this place, 2 months later it broke. I called and they gave me a number to call for a technician, I called, and he said that I need a new one because this washer will not work anymore. I called PC Richard & Son, and they told me in 2 weeks I will get a new washer, when I called them after a month, they said the washer got discontinued and they will order a new one for next week. I waited for the whole week, and when I called back, they are still asking me to wait. My baby got sick 3 times already and they still don't care.
