First time car wash they take out step stool and didn’t put it back. When I go back the next day they said they throw in garbage. And after that The sign says hand car wash but they use brush and they made scratches on my car. Worst experience.

They did an okay job, wish they could've vacuumed more throughly in between the seats and also cleaned out the cup holders better. Also, there was still bird droppings on my windows.

I like this place because the prices are reasonable and the service is fast. There was of course some wait but it was not bad. The cleaning that they do is decent but not excellent.

Crooks!!! I selected the pricy package that was about 35 dollars just because the 25 dollar package did not say vacuuming. When the service was done, I still could see dog hairs on the seat and in the crevices. I spoke to the "manager" and really because it was nearing closing time decides to tell me that the vacuum isn't that powerful. Which is information that would have been nice to know before paying this extra 10 dollars. Then he suggested I use tape to get the hair out. Then rudely shrugged his shoulder and said "don't put your dog in the car". The audacity!!! Honestly if he would have used this "not so powerful" vacuum for about 30 seconds more, a lot of the hair would be gone. I then spoke to the cashier who was nice but not helpful at all. As they spoke Spanish in front of me so I couldn't understand, but little did they know I understood every word... she was just said he's the manager and there was nothing she could do. I then left and went to the nearby gas station and used the vacuum to get the hairs that would have taken an extra minute with the vacuum. This business will never get any more money from me and If this review catches your eye...just drive a few blocks down and you can get a better wash, Vacuum and for sure just better service for your your money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THAT YOU WORK FOR TO BE TREATED LIKE CAR #52!

Price ScammingThe worker supervisor (short hispanic man) is scamming customers into paying more for a carwash- before you can tell him what service you want, the workers begin vacuuming and then the supervisor proceeds to charge you the higher price , upon stating that you wish the lower price service, he states that they have vacuummed....The cashier won't adjust the price ... real slick scam.BEWARE -

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would . I came here today to get a car wash. After they were finished "washing" my car there were still dirt spots there , they didn't even clean it properly. I had to ask them to go back to clean it. The best part yet , I look in my car & my seats are SOAKED. I asked why are my seats wet the employees are laughing & acting extremely nonchalant. Now i'm extremely upset & frustrated after a long day of work I now have to deal with this . I ask for a manager or supervisor once again the employees are just looking at me laughing . I go inside asking for a manger the "manager" is sitting down on his phone & as i'm explaining to him what took place he's just on the phone headphones in just once again nonchalant. Overall this place is really unprofessional & ridiculous he then said he's not giving me a refund because i was upset . How ridiculous is that ? Oh & they didn't even dry the seats . Please spend your money elsewhere cause these people do not care .

They charge a price not even listed on the wall. They no longer clean the rear mats in the regular service as they always used to. So for $30 it's a basic car wash. It's not even close to worth that kind of money.
