Came in to get my dad a new phone. Ishpreet and Harpreet were great helping us out. They were patient answered all questions & helped my dad keep his same number, transferred all pictures & contacts. Even gave him a free screen protector. When they promise something, they deliver. Thanks again guys!

i went in today to switch from cricket wireless to metro pcs. while on the website and in the store it clearly states that the moto g power 5G - 2023 if i bring in my number will be free. at the end my total came to $220 with a $50 plan and $25 activation fee and taxes shouldn't be more then $90. i asked if i can i get my itemized receipt and was told that the printer doesn't work and he wouldn't be able to provide one . so basically the worker just scammed me for $150. first time i ever had to write a review would stay away from this scamming spot. will also file a complaint with the better business bureau

4 years ago I was looking for the cricket store that used to be there.The receptionists I met there, one guy with Arab hat and a woman tricked me and said it was still cricket and had me to pay 100$ and made a 50 plan for me, but when I looked up the next month, it was 75$.Be careful doing your business there.

Wanted to give a quick shoutout to Metro by T-Mobile representative Gurvinder. Thank you for doing your best to give us your patience and excellent customer service. Gurvinder was very informative to give us the best affordable plan for my family. He did his best to assist us with transitioning over from our Altice mobile service. From my short observation, Gurvinder did well to exude politeness as he customer calls when unboxing store products etc. What I really appreciated about Gurvinder was his interaction with other customers coming in and out of the store. No matter what the person looked like or how the person spoke, he gave us all warm and kind customer service, going so far as to speak simple Hispanic phrases to some Hispanic costumers. Thank you Gurvinder, we appreciate your kind service, God bless.
