Excellent shop, lots of products to choose from. I stopped by recently with a smoke pen device which was half used and no longer working. AP and Dan gave me a brand new 1 for free. I’ve never experienced such kindness and generosity. These guys are the best. Always very helpful and appeasing.

Disclaimer: If I could give them a 0 I would. You can't treat your customers without service once you receive their money and waste their time and lie.I often buy papers at this shop since it's a decent price. The other day I go late in the afternoon to get papers just like any other run I have to this shop. I pull into the lot and in front of the lot near the entrance door is a white Dodge Minivan. I saw a guy in the passenger side give me a weird look and I had a bad vibe about just things being off but decided to just park far away in the back since I am in and out of the store to just grab papers. PRO TIP: Don't ever park your car in their lot. They don't have cameras in the back and have a laisse attitude about crime or damage done in their lot. My visit was not even 5 minutes and I come out of the store to see the same guy who gave me a look act even more weird when we made eye contact before their van pulls away. As I get to my car I realize it was just freshly keyed. I still see the paint residue marks from the key scratch that was deliberate. I ask the two store workers if they have the footage for it and the two guys working there said "their boss is in after 8 pm". I told them I don't have time to wait and will come back the next day. I come back the next day and call two hours prior to coming back at 8 to check whether their "boss" is there. The guy with the glasses says "YES come after 8 pm". I get to the store at 8:30 pm and all of a sudden I have to wait now for the footage. The guy with the glasses now tells me he can't pull up the video and now his boss is on vacation and it's their brother and they don't know when he is coming back??? So you had me waste 1.5 hours to go to you after I just worked 12 hours only for you to lie to me, waste my time and can't even provide the footage? This is a classic case of a business that cares about profit and only when they get your money. They do not care about you once they have your money.

Shout out to Medusa Smoke Shop! Went in doing a food delivery and came out with some fresh rillos to roll up. Staff is mad chill and helpful. Will definitely be coming back again!If you want fresh rillos and a large selection and you are out on the island check these guys out! You won’t be disappointed, trust!

The owner and his wife are so kind and knowledgeable. This place is absolutely pristine! They have everything you need and more, it is so clean and well organized. It is truly a pleasure to shop there. The staff is always helpful, I won’t go anywhere else!!!

All of the rolling papers they sell are fake or just old because they are the worst quality. Why would you try to make an extra dollar recommending this to me?

Place is amazing. Great place to find a different variety of hookahs and shishas. They have everything in this place. Even if you don’t buy anything worth going to check out stuff and Staff is very knowledgeable definitely worth it.

This smoke shop is awesome. They have a large selection to choose from. The staff is really helpful, they even showed me how to assemble my new hookah and the plus is when I took my stuff home and tried it out. Best hookah quality down to the Flavor’s both guys recommend to try. It’s clean inside and with a comfy chair in the back.

Amazing service, the owner and his father are so friendly. They truly care about their customers and how to keep us coming. Very fair prices. All in all the best smoke shop around. Amazing inventory too. They carry every brand of hookah flavor. So much glassware. Awesome shop!

Place is great to shop for all your smoking needs, but to be particular only during the day on some days. The owner and his wife are some of the kindest and helpful people, they even looked into products they don’t carry so we may return to buy them. I’m a regular customer who has always been satisfied but came across an issue with an expensive torch bought. The valve suddenly stopped working so I brought it in to get it checked out. Unfortunately the son who works there in the later hours has a nasty attitude, they didn’t even bother to look at it properly. One of the workers gave it to him, they spoke in a language that I also understood and just told me straight up they can’t help me or do anything. Like how does one buy something so expensive and it malfunctions within a week but blame the customer for doing something. Got very upset and not happy with the way I was treated by this dude. I’m also of south Asian descent and it’s no way to treat someone diff because of how we may look differently. My tattoos and dark skin don’t make a thief
