This Auto Repair Store refused to accept credit card but only CASH, also offered no RECEIPT. We paid $750 cash yet our parts still didn't work well, then they refused to pick up phone calls to follow up .... This is a money business ! please take our lessons and stop giving business to this kind of store ‼

I've been going here for over a decade. I mainly use the car wash portion of the business, which is excellent with very hard workers who do a good job.

I drive a bmw 3 series my serpentine belt ripped and this was the closest shop to me.I was dressed for work which means I wore a suit I'm pretty young as well so I assume this was the reason for the massive price changes.So I walked in wit my serpentine belt which I already had picked up I just needed it to be installed. An older African American man and a middle eastern gentle man approached and asked my issue. After informing them they older African American man quoted me 120$ I said no problem I'm in a rush already late.Next he takes a second look no 200$ I need to move a couple things referring to the charge pipe and more wires next he informs me after i questioned 200 he said that's because all of this had to be moved.Which I knew was not true.finally the middle eastern gentle man took a look and began to remove the ripped belt and take the heat shield of covering the area needed to work realizing that there was enough space he fixed my belt in 20 min without removing anything the African American man said had to be removed.clearly this was not 120$ worth of work or 200$.so I told the guy you originally quoted me 120$.He began with no no it's 150$ that's a special price for you aka( I'm getting ripped) off.This place is unprofessional and crooked the African American man is a crook who saw me young nice car and a suit and decided to switch the price multiple times then inform me he was giving me a price just for me.AVOID AT ALL COST THIS PLACE WAS OVERPRICED AND DISGUSTING SADLY FOR ME IT WAS AND EMERGENCY AND I WAS FORCED HERE.

Clerk at register was very disrespectful and rude. I'm 31 years old. Just wanted a pack of Newports. When provided ID. He refused the sale. Said my ID was fake. Even scanned it. Machine said it was good! Then he said the machine must be broken and still refused to sell me my newports. Needs to be properly retrained.
