FedEx Desk is there but employees are lazy with no intentions to assist. Waited 20 minutes for a staff to come out from the door behind the counter only to find out she doesn't know. Manager behind the door told her to tell me they dont accept packages there.

Front desk clerk paged for staff to come to the FedEx section, twice. I waited 30 minutes before someone came out!
