My doctor sent my prescription to this location, probably around 3 o’clock, my prescription was ready by five. CVS is very clean and welcoming. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

My dad is elder wheelchair bound some lady was rude while speaking ti my dad in his frustration when someone has our adress wrong she kept saying there nothing she can’t do never again going back here

MinuteClinic was dismissive . She didn’t seem very informed and surely wasn’t helpful. Appointment was at 9:30AM on July 2, 2024. I understand issues but please try and help people going forward. Not likely to recommend. Last visit from any of my friends and family. Canceled my appointment after I left because she didn’t want to help . Will be hard to keep any retention on customers with her working there .

Today’s I visited 4 pm there’s 2 Ladies Showing too much Attitude And rude treating customers like Baggers CVS should Teach their staff how to deal with customers

I have been a customer for the pharmacy at this location for a number of years. The workers are disrespectful, unprofessional and obnoxious. They repeatedly violate my HIPPA rights. I’ve asked that my personal information not be discussed loudly for all to hear. However it is a continual violation. At one point I had my physician send my prescription to a Walgreens however the next month when I tried to get my refill at the Walgreens they told me the CVS Somehow interceded and had my prescriptions transferred back to them. For a short while they improved but as of lately there is more of the nasty, disrespectful behavior. They want your business but lack customer service. I have a heart condition and should not have to be stressed out each time I go to fill my medication. The supervisor whom I was told is named Darsh is a disgusting obnoxious banshee of a person that curses while she insults and jeers customers from behind the counter. Their incompetence consistently delays me from getting my medication which can cause me to end up in the hospital or can be life threatening. I’ve had more negative experiences with this particular establishment than I have ever had in my entire life anywhere . This should never be. A trip to the pharmacy shouldn’t be this stressful. This CVS can actually cause me a heart attack or stroke by delaying my medication as well as dealing with the stress and incompetence. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. I must say that if I am lucky to run into them Mellisa and Anthony are kind, helpful and polite. After reading the other comments I believe this is more then a forum for venting it is a cry that their actions are affecting our health in an adverse way!!!

I wish the old owners didn't sell the place this cvs will not be open for long they about close this pharmacy down. Every time my doctor sends in my prescription, it's never ready, so I never a day later its ready. Walgreens here I come

I am unfortunately consistently disappointed in the service of the pharmacy dept. The lines inside and outside at the drive up are extremely slow. My Unithroid 25mg has been on order for close to 2 weeks. I was told on Saturday that it would be back in stock today on Tuesday late afternoon. When arriving at 5:30, standing online for 30 minutes I was told that it is still on order. I asked for it to be filled at another CVS and was told no CVS had stock. The pharmacist located 26 pulls in the Elmont supply and was willing to give me a partial refill but I would have to wait another 15 minutes to have it refilled. I agreed to the partial refill and am still waiting 20 minutes. Disappointing
